Itadori chuckled and walked into the classroom. At the end, he added in his heart, 'But you are much sexier then the original one.'

Yaoyorozu frowned slightly, seemingly dissatisfied with Itadori's attitude, but she also walked quickly into the classroom.

To be honest, she hadn't expected that Itadori was also a specially recruited student recommended for admission.

But his temperament really wasn't like that of a hero.

The test papers began to be distributed.

Itadori felt a wave of annoyance just from seeing the title at the top of the test paper.

Most of the subjects were no different from those of regular students—foreign languages, Japanese, mathematics, physics…

But, of course, there were also hero-related topics.

For instance, questions on the first actions to take when rescuing victims, or how to handle an enemy stronger than oneself.

After writing his name and recommendation number, Itadori began his "strategy" for the test.

For all multiple-choice questions, he selected option C.

For true or false questions, he filled in all answers as false.

For the essay questions, he copied half of each question and added random, loosely connected sentences as answers.

In less than fifteen minutes, he tossed down his test paper and walked out of the classroom.

"This guy…did he really finish that fast?"

"No way! Could it be some kind of Quirk related to brain speed?"

The other special recruits, who hadn't even made it halfway through the first page, looked around in confusion.

The young man sitting to Itadori's left, with a head of white and red hair and a burn scar on his left cheek, glanced at Itadori's desk.

The test paper was almost blank!

"What on earth is this guy thinking?"

The young man muttered to himself, then turned back to his own paper.

Present Mic, the exam proctor, also approached out of curiosity.

When he picked up Itadori's test paper, he nearly gaped.

Present Mic placed the test paper on the podium with a frown, thinking, 'This kid is something else.'

"Those who have completed the written test will need to wait a while. The next practical test will be held at the USJ simulated disaster site."

As soon as Itadori walked out the door, a lazy voice reached his ears.

Looking up, he saw a man in a black jumpsuit with a scarf wrapped around his neck. His unkempt hair and weary, bloodshot eyes made him look more like a homeless person than a teacher.

Aizawa Shota.

"Where's the bathroom?"

Itadori asked after a moment of hesitation.

Aizawa raised his finger and pointed to the right, "End of the hall."

"Oh, thanks."

Itadori turned and left.

The reason Aizawa was outside the classroom was to use his Quirk to prevent any students from cheating by using their own Quirks.

After using the restroom, Itadori exited and nearly bumped into a thin man in a yellow suit who looked almost skeletal.

The man looked startled upon seeing him and raised a hand, "Oh? Itadori, why'd you finish the written test so quickly?"

All Might?

Or rather, his real form, which most people were unaware of.

Itadori paused for a second and then feigned confusion, "Do I know you?"

All Might's face froze, and he quickly realized his slip-up. After a few awkward coughs, he forced a laugh, "Oh, um…I'm a teacher here at U.A. I've read your file, haha…"

"Really? Then what's your name?"

Itadori smirked slightly, clearly testing him.

"Uh…this, um…"

In his skeletal form, All Might stammered, unable to answer.

"Heh, if you don't want to tell me, fine. But can you help me get All Might's autograph? I promised it to a couple of friends."

"Hmm?"

Itadori grinned, "I wanted to give it to two ladies who just became…*closer friends*."

Though he hadn't wanted anything deeper with them, he figured he might as well fulfill his promise.

"Aha, sure, sure! After the exam, I'll get All Might to sign something for you, haha…"

Remembering a recent embarrassing incident with his phone speaker, All Might nearly cringed.

"Really? Thanks a lot."

Itadori grinned mischievously and walked off.

After the written test, the students prepared for the practical test.

They'd take a bus to the USJ training ground—a facility equipped with disaster simulation zones.

"Itadori, are you okay? During the test…"

Yaoyorozu, seated next to him, couldn't help but ask about his strange approach to the written test.

"Who knows? If I fail, it's because you wouldn't let me copy." Itadori shrugged.

"I told you I couldn't do that!"

Yaoyorozu retorted, "Itadori, if you want to be a hero, you should take studying seriously!"

Itadori rolled his eyes and chose to ignore the top student's lecture, letting her words go in one ear and out the other.

"Hello! My name is Yoarashi Inasa! Please guide me through the upcoming exams!"

A head popped out from the back seat, startling both Itadori and Yaoyorozu.

The young man had a crew cut and was shouting excitedly, causing Itadori to wince, "Could you keep it down?"

"Sorry! I'm just so thrilled to be at Japan's top hero school!"

Inasa apologized, but his volume didn't lower at all.

"Hello, I'm Momo Yaoyorozu, and this is Itadori." Yaoyorozu introduced with a polite smile.

"Oh! Nice to meet you both!" Inasa continued, his voice just as loud.

---

Upon arrival at the USJ training ground, everyone was in awe of the extensive disaster-relief simulations.

Present Mic gave a thumbs-up and announced with more enthusiasm than Inasa, "Next is the practical competition that counts the most—a 3,000-meter race!"

He pointed to a mountainous area in the flooded zone, where the finish line was marked by a ribbon at the summit.

Mike added, "You're free to use your Quirks! The goal is to be the first to finish!"

"Yes!"

The students shouted in response, with Inasa being the loudest.

"I have a question." Itadori spoke up, "Is it okay to interfere with others?"

Present Mic hesitated, then smiled, "There's no restriction. U.A.'s purpose is to train heroes, and competition is part of it."

"Great! Everyone, line up at the starting line!"

Following Present Mic's orders, Itadori, Yaoyorozu, Inasa, and the others lined up behind the white line.

Itadori took a prominent position in the middle, catching Yaoyorozu's curious gaze.

"Ready…"

Present Mic raised his right hand and, after a pause, swung it down, "Go!!!"

"The World!"

The moment Mike yelled "start," Itadori released his stand, *The World*.

A figure appeared beside him, mirroring his stance with fists clenched, aiming at the students on both sides.

"Oh!"

Itadori's eyes gleamed with excitement as he turned to a special recruit on his left, whose long bangs obscured half his face.

With a swift strike, Itadori's stand knocked the recruit out cold.

The second student barely had time to react before Itadori's fist connected with his abdomen, causing him to collapse in pain, clutching his stomach.

With speed and power beyond his own, *The World* took down over five students on the right in less than two seconds.

As the remaining students finally processed what was happening, fewer than half of them were still standing.

The entire attack took less than five seconds.

"Hey! What are you doing?!"

Present Mic, who had been supervising, shouted in shock.

"You said we could disrupt each other, didn't you?"

Itadori asked with a grin, his hands already in motion.

While half-turning, he delivered a high kick, sending another student flying.

His next target was Yaoyorozu.

Facing him, she took a hesitant step back, fear evident on her face. She clearly lacked experience with real combat.

"Oh…"
