That is why they chose not to become respected heroes, opting instead to become police officers, often ridiculed as "enemy receiving specialists."

"Hey! You, calm down!" Momo shouted.

"Ahahahahaha!"

Just as tensions were about to erupt, a hearty laugh echoed through the air. The ground shook violently as something landed from above.

Everyone looked in awe, their eyes filled with admiration.

Dressed in a white short-sleeved shirt and green military pants—not the typical attire of an American hero—stood a man with a sturdy physique, twin bangs defying gravity, and a trademark, beaming smile. It was unmistakably the No. 1 hero: All Might!

"All Might!"

"It's All Might!"

"The No.1 hero! So cool!" The entire street burst into excitement.

Naomasa Tsukauchi was also stunned, "All Might?"

Casually dressed, All Might approached, smiling, "I was shopping nearby when I heard about what happened here. Sorry I'm late." His gaze settled on Itadori and [The World] beside him. He squinted, "You have a very powerful Stand, young man!"

Although Itadori hadn't read *My Hero Academia* thoroughly, he knew All Might was the pinnacle of strength in this world.

All Might's quirk, *One For All*, is a unique power passed down through generations, capable of pushing physical strength to its absolute limits.

To be honest, Itadori really wanted All Might's quirk. Given his own quirk, [The World], with its time-stopping ability, he could benefit greatly from enhanced melee strength. And All Might's power was undoubtedly the most compatible.

Itadori didn't care about the original story's protagonist. Since arriving in this superhuman society, he only sought greater power. But would All Might ever entrust his quirk to someone like him?

All Might had been severely injured years ago and was seeking a successor for *One For All*, someone who, like him, wanted to protect peace. But Itadori knew he wasn't the type All Might was looking for.

If All Might wanted a hero who served his people like Guo Jing, then Itadori was more like Huang Yaoshi, with a hint of Ouyang Feng's ruthlessness.

Tsukauchi stepped forward and whispered to All Might, "This student violated the Quirk Management Law and used his quirk unauthorized, even though he did capture a bank robber..."

All Might blinked, his smile widening, "Haha! You misunderstand! Tsukauchi-kun, I called this young man to assist you! I'll take responsibility for this matter."

Everyone, including Itadori, was momentarily stunned. All Might was giving Itadori—and the officers present—a way out.

Since it was All Might speaking, Tsukauchi and the other officers chose not to press further. With a nod, they escorted the robber into a police car and left. Tsukauchi shot Itadori a lingering glance before departing.

"All Might!"

"Can we get your autograph?"

"I've always admired you!"

After the police left, the onlookers surged forward, eager for a moment with their hero.

"Ah, this won't do. We'd better get going." All Might said, accustomed to such crowds. He scratched his head, bent down, and prepared to leap away.

But he looked back at Itadori, "Young man, would you come with me? I'd like to have a word."

Feeling that he owed All Might a favor, Itadori paused, then nodded, "Okay!"

All Might grinned, gave a thumbs-up, and leaped skyward, rising over fifty meters.

"That guy's strength is unreal!"

Impressed, Itadori released [The World], which merged with him as he stomped on the ground, launching himself upward—not quite as high as All Might but still clearing more than thirty meters.

"Hey! Wait!" Momo called after them, but the two men quickly vanished into the sky.

"So strong... both All Might and that person..." She murmured in awe.

Shaking herself out of it, she reminded herself, "No, I can't lose focus! I need to prepare for the U.A. recommendation exam next week."

On the rooftop of a nearby apartment building, about two miles away from the scene, Itadori and All Might landed.

"Not bad, young man. You actually kept up with me." All Might flashed his signature grin and gave Itadori a thumbs-up.

After recalling [The World] into himself, Itadori took a seat on the rooftop ledge, "So, what do you want to talk about?"

All Might, who was used to adoration, was momentarily surprised by Itadori's calm demeanor. Clearing his throat, he asked, "Judging by your age, you should be in high school already? Or are you preparing for the entrance exam?"

"I got suspended. Not sure if I'll even get to attend high school." Itadori replied nonchalantly.

"Oh? Why?"

"I hit a classmate." Itadori said with indifference, a look of distaste crossing his face as he thought of a particularly annoying classmate.

All Might raised an eyebrow, realizing this boy might not be suited for *One For All*.

Itadori, sensing the shift in All Might's gaze, knew his chance of gaining *One For All* was slim. Feeling his interest wane, he stood up, "If that's all, I'll be going."

"Hey, slow down, kid." All Might held up a hand to stop him, "Do you know about U.A. High? It's the top school for hero training in Japan."

All Might patted his chest with a grin, "If you're interested, I can recommend you for admission!"

Even if he wasn't a fit for *One For All*, All Might believed more heroes could only be a good thing.

Itadori blinked in surprise. Become a hero?

Although he had been reborn in this parallel world with superhuman abilities, he wasn't particularly interested in being a hero. His focus was on becoming more powerful, with a side of enjoying life's finer pleasures.

Japan's strict "Quirk Management Law," which restricted quirk usage without a hero license, didn't sit well with him. He wasn't one to conform to rules, his mindset more in line with morally gray figures like Huang Yaoshi.

But if All Might's offer meant access to *One For All*, then attending U.A. might be worth it.

All Might waited, slightly surprised by Itadori's hesitation, "Isn't U.A. every young person's dream?"

After a long pause, Itadori finally nodded, "Fine."

His Stand's full potential was still uncharted, and U.A. seemed like his best chance for growth. Besides, he disliked monotony, and U.A. might provide the excitement he craved. As for the rules—he'd deal with those as they came.

All Might let out a relieved breath, thinking this boy was more challenging than most.

Just then, a sharp pain struck his chest, and he coughed, a trickle of blood escaping his lips.

"Damn it!" He cursed inwardly, suppressing the discomfort, "In that case, give me your name and contact info. I'll inform U.A.'s principal of my recommendation."

After exchanging information, All Might quickly departed, trying to mask his weakened state.

Watching him go, Itadori muttered, "He's still injured, huh?"

With a light sigh, he murmured, "Guess *One For All* still isn't mine."

Itadori jumped back down to the street and walked casually past the young women chatting in a nearby café, smirking.

Elsewhere, Bakugo Katsuki was stomping down the street, kicking a trash can out of frustration, and yelling at his timid childhood friend, Midoriya Izuku.

"Hey, Bakugo, calm down."

"Hahaha, can't you see he's almost crying from fear?" Sneered Bakugo Katsuki's followers.

Midoriya Izuku, standing timidly in front of Bakugo, looked as if he might burst into tears at any moment. In a trembling voice, he stammered, "B-Bakugo, are... are you okay? Your injury..."

Izuku had rushed over upon hearing that All Might was nearby, driven by his admiration for the hero. But by the time he arrived, All Might had already left, leaving him looking visibly disappointed.
