Chapter 80: Chapter 80 Sports Festival
When the words "exchange student" were spoken, All Might's expression shifted noticeably.
"From the number one school in Country M, or just an ordinary institution?" All Might asked, his tone cautious.
The principal, seated at his desk, pondered for a moment before replying in a steady voice, "Academy of the Brave."
All Might's face grew serious. "The *Academy of the Brave*? That school isn't part of any official rankings. It's infamous for accepting only exchange students, yet none ever return. Isn't it also rumored to transform its students into top-tier heroes?"
The principal nodded. "Correct. While it has earned a reputation for excellence, the academy has its... unique methods. They accept students regardless of their current skill level, focusing on the potential to develop extraordinary Quirks."
All Might frowned. "But I've heard unsettling rumors about that academy. Stories about extreme conditions or even mistreatment."
The principal sighed. "There was an incident in the past, but after thorough investigation, it turned out to be a misunderstanding. The claims were made by students overwhelmed by the rigorous training. It's demanding, yes, but not unethical."
Despite the explanation, All Might remained unconvinced. "I still don't feel comfortable about this. The crime rate in Country M is already high, and sending students there... I'll go with them."
The principal shook his head firmly. "That won't be necessary. The safety of the students is paramount, and I've already arranged for a teacher to accompany them. You, however, have responsibilities here, especially with the League of Villains still active."
After a long pause, All Might relented with a heavy sigh. "If that's the case, then we'll have to ensure everything is planned meticulously."

The next morning, Akira left his house, heading toward the station after breakfast. Ever since the USJ incident, his name had been circulating in the media, making him more recognizable than ever.
As he waited at the station, an elderly woman approached him with a kind smile. "Young man, you weren't hurt during the incident, were you?"
Caught off guard, Akira blinked. "Are you talking to me?"
"Of course, dear. You're the hero from the news, aren't you?"
Akira smiled politely. "Thank you for your concern. I'm fine."
Her question seemed to break the ice, as others at the station began chiming in:
"Well done, kid! You'll make an incredible pro hero someday!"
"That's All Might's apprentice, right? The heir to the Symbol of Peace!"
"Keep it up, young man!"
While their encouragement was heartfelt, the attention was overwhelming. Akira couldn't get off the tram soon enough.

At U.A., the atmosphere in Class 1-A was buzzing. Most of the students were still discussing the USJ incident.
Kaminari leaned back in his chair, grinning. "Man, the USJ incident really made us famous!"
Jiro nodded. "Yeah, it's been all over the news. Even pro heroes are talking about it."
Kirishima pumped his fist. "Akira is the real MVP! Turning the entire USJ into a desert? That's next-level cool!"
"True. If it weren't for Akira-chan, who knows what could've happened to us?" Asui added, her voice tinged with gratitude.
The door slid open, and Akira stepped into the classroom, followed by Aizawa-sensei. The chatter quieted as everyone turned their attention to the podium.
Aizawa scanned the room briefly before speaking. "Alright, everyone, we've got two important announcements today. First, we're holding a *class leader re-election*."
The class erupted in murmurs. Many students instinctively glanced at Akira, wondering if he'd done something wrong.
Aizawa continued, his tone as dry as ever. "Kitagawa Akira has too many responsibilities and won't be able to fulfill the role of class president. You have ten minutes to elect a new leader."
A wave of relief swept over the class. For a moment, they had thought Akira had been demoted for disciplinary reasons.
When the voting began, Akira refrained from participating, knowing he had neither the time nor the desire for the position. In the end, Iida Tenya was promoted from vice-president to president, and Yaoyorozu Momo was elected as the new vice-president.
"Now that the class leader is settled," Aizawa continued, "let's move on to the second announcement. The *Hero Sports Festival* is coming up."
The room lit up with excitement. The sports festival was one of the most anticipated events at U.A., drawing the attention of top heroes and agencies from across the nation.
Aizawa raised a hand to quiet the class. "This festival is a critical opportunity. Many of you will attract the attention of pro heroes and gain offers for internships. However, this year, security will be heightened due to the recent villain attack."
Kirishima grinned. "The Hero Sports Festival, huh? Time to show the world what we've got!"
"Yeah, but this is more than just showing off," Jiro said. "This could determine our futures as heroes."
Akira listened quietly, a faint smile on his face. The sports festival wasn't just an opportunity—it was a stage. And he intended to leave his mark.
