Log 20 Hand Signs and Internal Chakra Molding

All ninjutsu is the use of chakra to cause an effect. One first uses the chakra in their body to connect their spiritual and physical energy before fusing them in their coils. The larger the chakra coils the greater the chakra can build internally before molding it for a Jutsu. 

Through somatic and verbal triggers one builds up an intent, will, or belief that their chakra will move and mold a certain way in the body. 

Once one believes that the chakra moves a certain way in the body and has the mental fortitude to control the chakra it will be cast out of the body based on how you believe it will be cast.

Some individuals like jinchuriki I am looking at you Naruto have a hard time controlling their chakra.

This is because chakra is made of the spirit of the caster so it follows the will or intent of the caster. However, you have chakra from the Yang half of the nine tails in you which is fighting your control.

This is actually good training as like weight resistance training you have another's chakra contesting your will over the chakra in your body. It's best if you want maximum gains in your training to do so with near-full chakra in your coils. This training will work on honing your strength of will over your chakra and can allow you to cast larger Jutsus more easily. This will also help train you in releasing only as much chakra as is needed even with larger-than-average chakra coils.

If you want to train fine control over your chakra like everyone else it is best to do so when you are low on chakra so you can only use the bare necessities to complete a Jutsu. 

Unlike others when they are low on chakra they only have a harder time concentrating and controlling their chakra due to the drain on their physical and spiritual energy. You however at this point will have an easier time controlling what is left of your chakra even if you're tired as you will no longer have to contest with nine-tails energy in your body.

If you allow too much nine-tails energy to build up in you just like a Genjutsu the chakra will control you and have you act out. The nine tails are not in control of his chakra in your body do not blame him for the results that you let happen for becoming overwhelmed With anothers chakra.

Quick note Naruto I may refer to the nine tails by its name but I mean no disrespect to him I just believe I didn't earn the right to call him by name nor should you use his name without permission. He is a sentient creature forced to live in your body and is used as a weapon.

Back to casting jutsus one's somatic and verbal triggers can technically be anything ninjas usually use hand signs But I have focused on teaching you both ASL. 

Not only will this be useful when sneaking and trying to communicate it might also allow you to cast fuinjutsu like ninjutsu. This is solely my conjecture based on what I believe about chakra. For you to cast using ASL you will need to believe it to be a means of manipulation of chakra.

If you are looking for a reason to convince yourself that ASL can work why do hand signs work in the first place and why does fuinjutsu work on seemingly different principles even if both use the same energy source?

The same energy source that can literally create shape from nothingness and bring life to that shape all controlled by one's will.

Ok, enough theoretical chakra molding let's look at hand signs and how ones affinity and familiarity can empower ninjutsu.

Chakra affinity is a person's propensity to convert chakra into a specific form. We only test for fire, water, lighting, earth, and wind. For all we know there are infinite more but ignorance prevents our testing.

Chakra is literally a godly power of creation. Why would it be limited to elemental transformation if it can create life from nothing?

Chakra familiarity is about how strongly one visualizes the elemental transformation and the rate one can convert chakra into a nature.

Affinity and chakra control are important for casting higher-rank jutsus. A high affinity helps a person build familiarity and Increases the amount of nature one can release at once. 

An example of this is the wind nature breakthrough and great breakthrough. Both of these are identical in theory with the sole difference being a greater release of wind. 

You can achieve the same amount of wind movement of great breakthrough jutsu if you use the same amount of chakra to cast breakthroughs multiple times.

The next log, if the root hasn't killed me yet, will be my training plans for children. This is the only log I told you guys to read if I pass before you finish school for a reason and is the reason for all the training exercises I have chosen for you. It is also one I probably should have prioritized more given I expected to die in the nine-tails attack.
