"So this is Tokyo... Not exactly what I expected... but then, nothing ever is."

He walks past vendors, drawing glances. A mysterious aura surrounds him — not just from his appearance, but from the fact that he's walking right into the heart of Shibuya without so much as a hint of fear.

Suddenly, Starwave (who had been passing through the crowd) spots him. Her eyes lock on his physique, his natural confidence, and the strangely familiar feeling she gets from him.

STARWAVE (to herself):

But before she can step toward him, a sudden explosion rings out nearby, sending debris into the air. Without hesitation, the new hero springs into action — his hands slicing through the air, creating energy slashes that tear through the smoke and debris, clearing a path.
