Marvel: The Tokyo Avengers

Chapter 37: EPISODE 37: “Stillbirth Altar”

EPISODE 37: "Fall of the Scarlet Sky"

🔺 "The tower is gone. But it left its god behind."

❗ Previously on Tokyo Avengers:

The Avengers faced the corrupted Blood Seraphim in Floor 5's ritual chamber, believing they halted his ascension.

But the tower never needed them to complete the ritual — it was feeding on time, memory, and Tokyo itself.

Now, the city begins to change.

[Scene 1 – The Tower Crumbles]

It begins with silence.

The Scarlet Tower — massive, cursed, impossible — starts to tremble.

KURO ŌKAMI growls.

KURO ŌKAMI:

"This isn't another illusion."

The sky turns crimson. Clouds spin into spiral runes. Lightning cracks downward like claws.

Suddenly, the entire structure begins to collapse upward, not downward — floor by floor, like reverse-birth.

ONMYO FLARE (chanting):

"No… no, this is ritual inversion. The tower's not falling — it's finishing."

The Avengers brace—

But the floor gives way—

Each member is pulled into a different threadline — the tower's last trick: separation by fear.

[Scene 2 – Shattered Across Tokyo]

🧵 Scarlet Onna

She lands in Shibuya. But nothing is normal.

All the signs and billboards are stitched together, bleeding text that loops:

"BIND. BLOOM. BECOME. BIND. BLOOM. BECOME."

The people have no eyes.

Their faces are blank fabric. They walk in patterns — like thread puppets.

A girl tugs her sleeve.

"You're late to your own wedding, miss."

🎤 Starwave

She's in an empty Tokyo Dome.

Spotlights turn on. A voice announces her like a performer.

"Presenting the voice of false hope: STARWAVE."

Dozens of faceless clones of her — with broken heels, twitching — rise from the stage.

One whispers:

"You performed for no one. Let us show you the truth."

🐺 Kuro Ōkami

He wakes up in a shrine lit by a red moon.

Old photos of him — as a child, as a beast, as a murderer — hang everywhere.

"You're not cursed, Hiro," a familiar voice says.

"You are the curse."

His reflection snarls back in full beast form, eyes glowing white.

🧧 Onmyo Flare

He opens his eyes in a scroll room with all the blades of his ancestors stabbed into the floor.

The spirits whisper:

"We bound you to protect the world. You used us to delay your own grief."

Suddenly, a figure wearing his exact outfit — but faceless — picks up his twin blades.

"So now, I'll finish your job."

🐾 Nekoburst

She crashes into a ghost version of her old alley — the place she first lost control.

Cats stare at her with glowing red eyes.

A version of her — younger, unscarred, quiet — walks out and says:

"I didn't need claws. You made me into a weapon."

They pounce at each other — both teleporting mid-air — claws out, slashing in bursts.

[Scene 3 – Back at the Crater]

Above Tokyo, where the tower once stood, a giant glyph burns into the clouds. It glows like a red moon:

BLOOD SERAPHIM IS NOT DEAD

HE IS NOW THE SKY.

The ritual didn't make him a god inside the tower.

It made him a god of Tokyo itself.

The air itself chants:

"The Scarlet Sky rises. All shall bind. All shall bloom."

[Scene 4 – Final Image]

Each Avenger fights desperately, alone, scattered across a city that is no longer their own.

Red threadlines start connecting buildings, trains, traffic lights, humans.

The city is becoming something else.

A shot pulls high into the sky — the outline of Tokyo looks like a giant red sigil when seen from above.

And from deep in the clouds, Blood Seraphim's voice whispers:

"This world is my vow."
