Marvel: The Rise of Little Iron Man

Chapter 100: Chapter 100

Colson felt that his worldview was being repeatedly rubbed by a minor on the ground.

"What did you say?" He subconsciously asked, thinking that it was the sound of the wind in the desert that gave him auditory hallucinations.

"I said, this is not a rock painting, but a road sign!"

Paul suddenly raised his head, and his black pupils were full of excited flames, which were a little terrifying. He pointed to the burn marks washed away by energy on the ground, and his voice trembled slightly with excitement.

"'The shaking road to heaven'! Colson, this is not a mythical metaphor, but a physical phenomenon! What the Asgards call the 'Rainbow Bridge' is not a bridge at all. It is a stable and controllable 'Einstein Rosen Bridge'!A wormhole!"

Wormhole!

The word was like a deep-water bomb, which exploded in the minds of several senior S.H.I.L.D. scientists present.

They have been dealing with formulas, data and observable physical phenomena all their lives. Magic? Myth? In their eyes, it is just the primitive worship of the ancients for inexplicable natural phenomena.

But now, a fourteen-year-old teenager gave the craziest but most logical explanation with the theory they were most familiar with.

A gray-haired and prestigious old professor in theoretical physics subconsciously pushed his glasses, and his eyes behind the lenses were full of shock and confusion. He muttered, "Impossible...Maintaining a stable wormhole requires unimaginable negative energy, which violates..."

"Laws are used to be understood and then rewritten, professor." Paul's voice was not loud, but he clearly interrupted him, "When you are still struggling with energy conservation, the Asgardians have found a new energy system. They call it 'magic'."

He paused and looked around the group of stunned top brains, enjoying the pleasure of subverting cognition.

"Ulu metal is the perfect superconductor that carries this energy. And these complex Lun runes are the program codes that control the flow of energy. Energy, medium, program... A complete scientific system that can be learned and cracked. Gentlemen, welcome to the real world of magic.

Colson was the first person to come back from the shock.

His face was unprecedentedly solemn, and he quickly gave a series of instructions to the communicator on his collar.

"Block the scene and launch the highest security agreement. All data related to this place are classified as level seven. Without my authorization, no information may be transmitted.

He looked at Paul with extremely complicated eyes, with appreciation and vigilance, but more of a deep fear. The value of what this teenager revealed can no longer be measured by money. It is enough to subvert the energy pattern and military power of the whole world.

This is no longer a small fight with Stark Industry and the military. It is enough to attract the whole world, even... outside the world.

"Paul," Colson's voice was a little dry, "Do you know what you just said mean?"

Paul gave him a bright smile back: "Of course. It means that we have just got the admission ticket for the new era, and I just know how to play.

...

The temporary research base built by S.H.I.E.L.D. for Thor's Hammer is now like a heavily guarded fortress.

When Paul and Colson walked in, they saw a funny scene that almost made him laugh out loud.

More than a dozen scientists in full set of chemical-resistant suits are carefully controlling several clumsy robotic arms to carry out various "contactless" detections against the hammer lying quietly in the crater.

Laser scanning, sound wave detection, neutron diffraction analysis... All kinds of high-tech equipment take turns, but the feedback obtained is always "unanalyzable", "energy abnormal" and "structure impenetrable".

"Are you giving it a full-body massage?" Paul complained unceremoniously, "Or is this a kind of scientific prayer ceremony in the 21st century, hoping that it can tell you the answer by itself?"

The leader of the scientist, a doctor named Hamilton, was choked and blushed.

"Mr. Stark, this is the standard operating procedure! In the face of an object with unknown huge energy, we must..."

"It must be like a group of monkeys surrounding a supercomputer but only knocking on the shell with stones, right?"

Paul interrupted him and walked to the operating table. He raised his wrist and tapped on the smart watch, and a blue holographic projection unfolded in the air in an instant.

It is an extremely complex but full of geometric beauty rune structure diagram.

It was the core instruction he had just received, which belonged to Myernier!

"You got the wrong direction from the beginning." Paul's voice attracted everyone's attention, "You only saw the hardware, but completely ignored its operating system. This hammer, Myernier, its source of power is not the metal itself, but this.

His fingers crossed the air and lit up the core rune.

"The so-called 'qualification' certification is not a mysterious magic at all. It is an extremely complex biometric system that bundles specific neural signal characteristics, moral behavior models, and even subconscious values. It is the strongest user permission lock ever. Only those who are judged as 'worthy' by the system can obtain administrator rights.

The whole laboratory was silent.

Dr. Hamilton opened his mouth, stared blankly at the holographic rune map, and then looked at the teenager in front of him, feeling that his brain was completely dead.

So... is that so?

It turns out that they have consumed countless resources and racked their brains to understand the "divine power". In the eyes of the other party, it is just a set of operating systems and user permissions?

At this moment, all the scientists looked at Paul's eyes changed.

It is no longer to look at a talented teenager, but to look up to a pioneer who has walked beyond the boundaries of human cognition.

"So... can this permission be cracked?" Dr. Hamilton asked in a trembling voice.

"Crack?" Paul smiled, "Why do you want to crack it? As long as you understand its programming language, you can write one by yourself. Or... write a stronger one."

Just as the scientists were ignited and they were about to come around to ask for three days and three nights, Colson stood up at the right time.

"Well, everyone, I think we need to take a break and replenish some energy. Dr. Hamilton, please arrange dinner." He clapped his hands, trying to cool down the frenzied atmosphere. "We still have a whole night to discuss this 'new world'."

His voice just fell.

"Woo-woo-woo--!"

The sharp and harsh alarm sounded throughout the base without warning!

The red emergency light instantly replaced the normal lighting, casting a bright and dark light on everyone's face.

"Alarm! Alert! There is an unknown target on the periphery of the base!" The panicked shout of the peripheral agent came from the communicator, "It's approaching at a very high speed! Oh my God! It's not a flight unit. It... It's going on the ground!"

The panic spread in an instant.

Scientists screamed to find a shelter, heavily armed agents quickly established a defense line, and the sound of firearms loading was clearly heard in the chaos.

In the center of this chaos, only two people are unusually calm.

Colson has pulled out his pistol, calmly directing the defense deployment through the communicator, while protecting Paul behind him.

Instead of fear on his face, Paul showed an almost happy smile.

It was a kind of smile that the hunter finally waited for the prey to step into the trap.

In Colson's stunned gaze, Paul slowly took out something from the inner pocket of his coat.

It was an exquisitely shaped metal syringe, in which there was a gorgeous liquid like a liquid crystal that sparkled with a little starlight.

"Don't be nervous, Agent Colson."

Paul's voice was particularly clear in the noisy environment, with a hint of relaxed teasing.

"There is no need for such a big battle. It's just that my 'future brother-in-law' lost his temper and sent a toy."

He shook the syringe in his hand and flicked it gently at the tip of the needle.

"Don't worry, I brought him a sedative."
