Marvel - Soul Reaver

I imagine many of you have no idea what Soul Reaver or Legacy of Kain is. Well, it is a pretty niche video game series from the late nineties and early two thousands. I have been a fan of it for around twenty years, but it wasn't until recently thanks to the remasters and ports on PlayStation 5, that my love for the series grew exponentially. 

Before reading this book, you do not need any sort of knowledge about Legacy of Kain. I will do my best to explain things as if I invented them so that you can understand. However, I HIGHLY recommend you play these games regardless. Blood Omen 1 and Soul Reaver 2 are masterpieces in my opinion. I recommend playing the games in this order: Blood Omen 1, Blood Omen 2, Soul Reaver 1, Soul Reaver 2, and Defiance. If you do not have the means to play them, I recommend watching a playthrough. 

This is the only Legacy of Kain fanfiction on Webnovel to my knowledge, so I hope to set a decent standard for any that may appear going forward. As for why I chose to combine it with Marvel, well, it's simple.

1. No one would read it if it was just in the Legacy of Kain universe. I want people to read my books, so yeah...

2. I love Marvel and I think the more mystical side of it lends itself well to Legacy of Kain.

3. I am hoping that I can coerce a part of the massive Marvel fanbase to play Legacy of Kain. That's right, I am trying to manipulate you! Yeah, the person reading this! Go play them!
