NOVEL WEB Chapter 32: SELINA
3rd Person POV-
Women. She was tall approx. 5.8 and had a very seductive body. She had black hair with a streak of green in them. Her eyes are black like the darkest night. She moved with purpose and with an aura of mystery.
Perseus frowned when he saw her because he did not sense the Symbiote from her. So he was unsure why she is here? More importantly Why Morgana brought her here? Although Perseus can see the memory of those who were attached to his Symbiote but that is not his way. He likes to respect people's privacy.
Well there is no chance of betrayal because Symbiote and there Users are inherently and totally loyal to him. They won't and can't betray him and even they can't be controlled by others either.
Morgana and the women came in front of me. Morgana knelt before me while the women just stood there. Perseus signaled her to rise and then asked,'' I am seeing that some circumstances changed. Please tell me what happened? ''
Morgana said,'' Like I told you Lord Perseus finding her was not that difficult. I had her signature so a small spell and I had her actual place in my mind so I went there.
It was a just she wasn't free. She was imprisoned there. It took some time to free her. After freeing her I explained everything to her. I managed to convince her but she had a small request before she accept the Symbiote. ''
Perseus nods her head then he turned towards the women and said, '' So you are Selina. Morgana spoke very highly of you. So tell me what is your request. ''
Selina came forward and said,'' Lord Perseus Morgana said you are powerful and just. And you believe in second chances. I will be truthful I was not a good person. And I am still not. Then why do you trust me.''
Perseus said,'' It is not your time to know. State your request.''
Selina said,'' I want to follow someone who is truly powerful. So if you want my loyalty then you have to defeat me.''
Perseus looked bewildered. He looked at her for a long time then he turned towards others. They were also wide eyed. Because they all knew that Selina is powerful but it does not matter how powerful she is. She can not stand a chance against Perseus.
Anna came forward and asked Morgana,''What did you tell her about us?''
Morgana replied, '' I did not tell much. I only told her that you are powerful. Lord Perseus did not allowed me reveal any information about you. So I did not tell her.''
When Anna think back Percy did say to tell Selina everything about Symbiote but did not specify much. So now it make sense why Selina will challenge Perseus.
Perseus then said,'' You do not know anything about me so this challenge is not fair to you. I can assure you no matter what method you use you can not cause any kind of harm to me. So I will make this challenge better for you.''
Selina frowned and said,''I do not understand. ''
Perseus said,'' You will when you get our introduction but for now the rules of the challenge is-
I will give you three chance to attack me. Use your most powerful attacks on me. And I will use 20% of my Aura to defend myself. If any of your attack bypassed my Aura and made my Armor appear then you won otherwise you lose.''
Selina looked confused. She looked towards Morgana and asked,''Who is he? Why did you not gave me his introduction? ''
Morgana said,'' You will know everything after this challenge is done. Now use your best attacks. Trust me even now the battle is not in your favour. ''
Morgana knew it because she has seen the power of both peoples. Selina is fairly powerful and a capable Sorcerer. But she is not in league with the likes of Sorcerer Supreme and Morgana Le Fay. And her power over Darkness and Life is absolutely useless against Perseus. Perseus is the God of it.
Selina firstly use the power of darkness to make hundreds of spears and simultaneously used shadow of Perseus to control him. But it does not matter how much she tried she just could not control Perseus' shadow. And when the spears were about to touch Perseus his aura exploded. All the spears were destroyed even before they can even go in ten meter radius of Perseus. Fortunately Perseus was not using this Aura to crush Selina otherwise she would be dead just by the sheer power and dominion of this Aura.
When all the aftermath of Selina first attack subsidies Perseus was ready to face the second attack. But Selina all of a sudden came before Perseus and knelt before him. She put her right hand above her heart and said,'' I Salina hereby swear my loyalty to you. I will follow your every command and complete your tasks with the best of my ability. I will destroy your enemies and end your oppositions. I will serve you with my all and everything.''
Perseus took his Aura back. All this time there was a small smile on his face like all this squabbles matter little to him. He then asked,'' Why did you not use your other chances to attack me?''
Selina replies, '' Because it does not matter. Even the fifth of your Aura was like a never ending sea in front of me. It matters little how many attacks I do they will not be able to touch you. It is worthless. The power gap is too big.''
Perseus said,'' It's alright. Now that all that is aside allow me to introduce myself. I am PERSEUS ODINFRIGGASON. I AM A GOD. I AM KING OF VANAHEIM. PRINCE OF ASGARD.''
Selina looked surprised at my introduction. The Perseus said,'' The ladies beside me are my Fiances and Queen of Vanaheim. She is Amna Njordottir, Zoe Njordottir and Frejya Njordottir.''
She bowed to us all. Then Perseus asked,'' Now that you are aware of us all do you want to follow us. And be the part of this family.''
Selina replies, '' Yes. Lord Perseus. I will follow you till the last.''
Perseus nods his head. He then gave her the Symbiote and made her a Sub - Host. The moment Symbiote connected to her there was a voice from system. But Perseus ignored it. He then explained Selina about her Powers. Because of Symbiote her mutant ability evolve to become more powerful. Then Perseus turned towards Morgana and said,'' Morgana, I want you to go and connect all the people here from Symbiote. Every person must have a Symbiote. Understood. Frejya and Selina go with her to help her. ''
When they were gone I brought out system screen and saw-
