Ziden ran toward Deson with his sword. Deson quickly dodged and tried to slash Ziden, but Ziden blocked it.

Ziden then threw his sword and used magic.

A water magic that traps the target inside a water cube.

But Deson used aura on his sword and sliced the water magic in half.

Ziden (thinking): Impossible!

Deson then dashed quickly toward Ziden with his aura-coated sword.

Ziden used earth magic to block Deson.

Ziden: Earth Wall!

Earth magic that forms a hard earth wall.

But Deson destroyed the wall using fire magic.

Deson: Fire Dragon!

Fire magic shaped like a dragon.

The fire magic pierced through Ziden's wall and flew toward him.

Ziden used his aura-coated sword to block it.

Ziden struggled to block it until the fire magic vanished. Deson appeared beside Ziden with his sword at Ziden's throat.

Deson: Not giving up?

Ziden: Don't dream of it.

Suddenly Deson threw Ziden out of the arena.

Announcer: The winner of this match is Deson!

The crowd cheered for Deson.

Ruze approached Ziden and took him back to the waiting room with Hifung and the others.

Vlyn: Are you okay, Ziden?

Ziden looked annoyed.

Announcer: The next match, participants Micyl from Milty Kingdom and Angel from Hakao Kingdom, please enter the arena.

Micyl approached Ruze.

Vlyn: Don't push yourself, okay Micyl?

Micyl: Don't worry, I will win.

Ruze: Then let's go.

Ruze and Micyl went to the match arena.

At the arena, Angel was already there, and soon Micyl appeared.

Angel dodged and attacked Micyl with fire magic.

Fire magic shaped like a big flame burst.

But Micyl dodged by jumping.

While in the air, Angel infused aura into her sword and dashed quickly toward Micyl.

Micyl blocked Angel's attacks with her wind-magic-coated sword.

They kept attacking and blocking until their swords cracked slightly.

Then they both slashed hard, breaking their swords and pushing them back.

Angel landed first and used earth magic.

Angel: Earth Spike.

Earth magic that makes the ground beneath the target spike upward.

Micyl saw this and used wind magic to dash toward Angel.

Angel saw it and used fire magic in her hand.

Angel: This ends now.

Angel: Fire Rush!

A fire ball in her hand that can be thrown to explode on impact.

Micyl responded by conjuring a fire sword.

Micyl: Fire Sword Magic, Neurodo Fire!

Fire magic shaped like a sword that can be wielded.

She slashed Angel's magic and struck Angel with a fire blast that pushed her out of the arena.

The crowd fell silent.

Medical team came to help Angel.

Announcer: The winner is Micyl.

Only some of the crowd cheered.

Micyl and Ruze went to join Hifung and the others.

Vlyn: Are you okay?

Micyl: I'm fine.

Hifung (thinking): I must win next.

Announcer: Next match, participants Ray from Milty Kingdom and Juzu from Hakao Kingdom, please enter the arena.

Ray: My turn.

Hifung: Ray, good luck.

Ray: Thanks.

Ray left with Ruze to the arena.

In the arena, Ray just arrived and Juzu was already there.

Announcer: Are you ready?

Juzu and Ray: Ready.

Ray (thinking): I must win no matter what.

Announcer: Alright, get ready.

Juzu dashed forward with a sword in his right hand and a fireball in his left. He threw his sword at Ray.

Ray caught the sword.

Then Juzu, who was close, prepared to release an explosive fire magic at his stomach.

Ray (thinking): I already caught his sword. I will use my eye power to break his fire magic. (Smiling)

Ray used his eye power and shattered Juzu's fire magic.

Juzu (thinking): Impossible.

Then Ray kicked Juzu far away.

Hifung (thinking): So Ray's eye power can break magic. (Smiling)

Juzu stood up but saw Ray rushing at him with wind magic.

Ray slammed him out of the arena.

The crowd whispered.

Crowd (whispering): He has eye powers.

Crowd (whispering): He's a killer.

Announcer: The w

Ray (thinking): Unlike Ziden's defeat, the crowd didn't cheer. Looks like this won't end easily.

Ray walked back to the waiting room followed by Ruze, whose face looked displeased.
