Chapter 371: Heroine Starting Mortal Life
Do you remember Olive? The beautiful woman with black hair and eyes who rarely speaks and always stays silent.
Lucan married her three years ago. The only reason they married was because Lucan had already married Rina, Hima, and Julia, leaving Olive as the only unmarried member of their team.
In Olive's life, there were no other men she liked besides Lucan, so she didn't mind when Julia suggested she marry him. Julia reasoned that it would bring all four of them closer together, even though they had already been living as a team, with Olive unmarried.
Lucan, for his part, didn't mind having another beautiful wife, so he agreed to marry her.
However, Lucan realized that Olive had become wilder in bed—very vocal and a bit crazy about sex and her ideas. While Lucan found it thrilling, he also recognized how different it was from his experiences with Maris. He avoided risky encounters with Maris to ensure her safety, he doesn't want, anyone besides her to see her flesh. But Olive loved the risk, and her daring behavior kept things adventurous.
One such incident occurred when they had sex in a very public place without using magic to conceal themselves. The risk of being discovered was high, and Lucan felt completely out of control. Thankfully, they managed to avoid being caught. With Maris, even their public escapades were calculated, with Lucan keeping everything under control. In contrast, his encounters with Olive were always spontaneous, risky, and adventurous, while those with Maris were full of passion and deep love.
Lately, though, Olive had become fixated on having a baby. She begged Lucan not to kill his sperm when they were intimate.
Lucan absolutely refused. "Not right now. I don't want two children at the same time. Let's have one first with Maris, then the second."
However, Olive didn't seem to care. During their heated moments, she would lock her legs tightly around his hips and scream, "Do it! Spray my little eggs with your sperm. Make me a cute little mommy!" as though it were happening already.
Frustrated but amused, Lucan eventually discussed it with Maris.
Maris smiled knowingly. "Lucan-sama... if Olive really wants a child, I don't mind. But I think you're right. It's better to raise one child at a time."
"Exactly! I want to focus on raising our child first before thinking about another," Lucan replied.
Maris thought for a moment and then said, "Aurelia mentioned we still have many training sessions left to complete. So while our child is growing up, we'll be away for years. I have an idea that could fulfill your wish, Olive's wish, and still allow us to fully devote ourselves to our daughter."
Lucan raised an eyebrow. "Oh? What's the idea?"
"Why don't we use a Semi-Region? Time moves faster there. We can spend 18 years raising our child, and when we return, only an hour will have passed here," Maris suggested.
Lucan's eyes lit up. "That's a brilliant idea! This way, I can spend time with Olive and her child later, without missing anything from either of them."
"Exactly," Maris said with a smile. "By the way, I have some happy news... I'm pregnant."

"What? Really?" Lucan asked, stunned but overjoyed.
"Of course. Why would I lie about this?" Maris giggled.
Overcome with happiness, Lucan scooped her up and threw her gently onto the bed, where they celebrated the news by making love.

Lucan decided to tell Olive about his plan and asked her to wait two or three hours before they did anything further. Olive happily agreed without any complaints.
Afterward, Lucan realized he needed to inform his other wives and family. After all, how could he explain having an 18-year-old daughter in just two or three hours? He gathered everyone and announced that Maris was pregnant and that they would be going to a Semi-Region for a while.
Once the announcement was made, Lucan and Maris began searching for a suitable Semi-Region. There were millions to choose from, but after examining a few, Lucan found one that resembled Earth. He liked the idea of living in a world similar to Earth, and Maris had no objections. They decided this would be the perfect place to enjoy a mortal life together.
At this point, Bing expressed her desire to come along as well. She didn't want to stay behind while her parents were away. Lucan was fine with this, and Maris agreed, happy that she would have someone to take care of her newborn daughter.
However, Bing wasn't the only one. Lucan's mother, sisters, and niece also wanted to join them. Maris's mother and elder sister decided they wanted to come as well.
On top of that, Virnda and Nyx, seeking a break from all the training and work, also asked to come along.
In the end, the only ones who stayed behind were Julia, Hima, Rina, and Olive, as they would take their turns later.
With everyone else's participation settled, Lucan began planning their new lives in the Semi-Region. He wanted to create a realistic family setting, so he carefully chose their living arrangements.
He picked a quiet yet respectable neighborhood for his and Maris's house. His sister's house was situated a bit farther away, and his mother's house was even further still. Meanwhile, Sarina and her mother's house was on the opposite side.
The backstory Lucan crafted was simple: he and Maris were a married couple who had moved to this nice neighborhood to provide a good environment for their daughter. Maris's mother was said to have come from the north, while Lucan's mother and sister were from the south, if anyone asked.
There was one major concern, though—the Semi-Region was much too weak to handle their powers. To live there without causing problems, Lucan and Maris had to seal most of their abilities. Of course, they didn't seal them completely; they were still far more powerful than humans in that world and could leave the Semi-Region instantly if needed.
The abilities they sealed included mind control, illusions, invisibility, flight, and superhuman strength. Even with these restrictions, they were still stronger than most humans but not overwhelmingly so.
This limitation didn't bother them much, as their goal was to enjoy the experience of mortal life. Instead of staying for 18 years, they decided to extend their time to 22 years, fully immersing themselves in this new, peaceful life.
