He Ming didn’t call Xiaomeng, but Gu Shaoting did call Shu Pan.

When he returned home, it was already 7 p.m., but Shu Pan had not yet come back.

The driver said Madam didn’t need him to pick her up, which made Gu Shaoting a bit anxious. Could something have happened?

So, he hastily called Shu Pan’s phone.

“I’m at the hospital…” Shu Pan hadn’t finished speaking when Gu Shaoting suddenly interrupted her, “Which hospital are you at? What happened?”

Xiaomeng said somewhat embarrassingly, “Girl, sorry for making you come with me. It’s all fine now, you can go back.”

“What nonsense are you talking about? You just listen to the doctor, don’t overthink things, and when you go back, take good care of yourself. Even if He Ming comes back, don’t argue with him,” Shu Pan comforted Ye Xiaomeng, although these words were also what she wanted to say to herself.

Suddenly she felt that she and Gu Shaoting also had a lot of problems.

Shu Pan escorted Xiaomeng home first. With Auntie watching over her at home, Shu Pan felt more at ease, but she still repeatedly reminded Xiaomeng to notify her immediately if anything happened.
