Legendary Superstar

The applause echoed throughout the venue continuously.

Lee Dami adjusted the cue cards in her hand and gave a quick glance at the cast before continuing.

"Thank you again for being here today. This is the very first official event for The Star's Secret since its premiere, and the response has already been incredible! How does it feel seeing all these fans here in person?"

She turned toward Minjae first, who instinctively sat a little straighter and leaned into his mic. He was seated in the middle of the cast, his influence was evident in the audience.

Major fan clubs of Minjae attended the event. They held large cut outs of his face, some with colorful banners, and some held out gifts and flowers for him.

As he glanced over the crowd, he couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed. His heart thumped a little louder due to excitement.

"It feels surreal," Minjae answered softly, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips.

"To be honest, I didn't expect this many people to show up. So, thank you. Really. For watching, for supporting, and for being with us here tonight. No words could describe my emotions right now. I'm just really happy."

The crowd responded with a soft "Awww," followed by scattered cheers and clapping.

"He's so humble…"

"Minjae oppa, saranghae!"

"Minjae oppa, don't cry!"

"Oppa we love you!"

"We will support you!"

"Oppa!"

Next, Jihoon raised his mic and leaned forward like he was just talking to his best friends. Since it wasn't a formal event, he was calmer now. Their goal today was to interact with fans, and he was looking forward to it

"Okay guys, not gonna lie, but," he grinned and softly laughed. "I was sweating backstage. I was really nervous! I thought I was gonna trip walking out. But now that I see all of you—" he gestured dramatically to the crowd, "—I'm good now. You guys give me power!"

Laughter echoed through the venue, and fans waved even harder.

"You're doing great!" someone shouted.

"I love Jihoon's energy!"

"It's fine oppa!"

"We will still support you even if you trip!"

Dami chuckled at the crowd's reaction.

"We love that honesty, Jihoon-ssi! Now, Yura-ssi, how are you feeling tonight?"

Yura smiled politely and tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear. She took a second to breathe before answering. A sweet smile appeared on her lips, and her graceful looks radiated even on the stage.

"It's honestly overwhelming. I was really nervous. I kept practicing how I'd smile or wave when I came out, but once I heard everyone cheering, I forgot all of that. I'm just really happy to be here."

"Unnie, you're glowing!"

"Yura, you're so elegant!!"

"Unnie! I love you!"

"You're doing amazing, Unnie!"

"Ahhhh! You're so pretty!"

Yura and Minjae unconsciously exchanged glances with one another. Minjae smiled at Yura to say that she was doing well. On the other hand, Yura pressed her lips together and acted shy.

She wasn't used to a big crowd like this, and it really overwhelmed her.

Next to answer was Seojin, who took a moment before speaking. She let the crowd's excitement die down for a second to give her a moment to answer.

"I don't talk much, but… thank you," she said simply. "I read your comments online, and to hear your voices now—it makes me feel proud to be part of this project."

Her calm delivery earned appreciative applause from the crowd. It might not be flashy, but it sounds sincere.

"Seojin unnie! You're so cool!"

"Your voice is calming, unnie!"

"I love your acting!"

"Your character is so nice, I can't wait to see more!"

The crowd's reaction to Seojin was softer in tone compared to the others, but no less heartfelt. Many of her fans appreciated her reserved charm and graceful demeanor.

She smiled gently, nodding at the audience in thanks before setting her mic down.

Now it was Haejin's turn.

He glanced at the crowd and adjusted his mic slightly. He scratched the back of his head and let out a small chuckle.

"Honestly… I'm still not used to this kind of attention," he said. His voice was a bit deeper than expected, and that seemed to catch some in the crowd by surprise.

"I think I'm more nervous now than I was during filming," he admitted. "But seeing all of you here like this… it feels like everything we went through while shooting was worth it. Thank you for coming."

A wave of applause and soft screams followed.

"Haejin oppa, you're so handsome!"

"Please smile again!!"

"Oppa, I love your character!"

"Oppa, you're so nice!"

His lips curved into a modest smile at the praise, and a couple of fans in the front row immediately squealed.

Though he wasn't the loudest or most expressive, there was something about his quiet presence that made him memorable.

Though, when it came to appearances, the crowd didn't hide who their visual bias was.

Minjae, who seated at the center of the table, clearly drew the most attention—not just from the energy of his fans, but from the sheer number of banners, posters, and glowing light signs with his name on them.

Minjae had the kind of looks that made heads turn even in silence.. He had classic features, an expressive eyes, and a natural star aura that pulled attention without trying.

His styling tonight made it even better. He just looked so good in his clothes that it was no surprise that more than half of the crowd seemed to be fixated on him.

Following him was Yura, whose visuals truly stunned everyone once she stepped onstage. From her posture to the way she smiled and tucked her hair behind her ear, she had the elegance and presence of a seasoned actress, even if she was still new.

And then came Haejin. While quieter, his tall build, sharp jawline, and brooding aura gave him the image of a classic K-drama second lead— mysterious and gentle, yet capable of stealing hearts without a single word.

As the cheers slowly died down, Dami picked up her mic again, smiling from ear to ear.

"Well, I think we can all agree—this cast has beauty, talent, and charm. I feel lucky just being able to host today!" she joked.

The cast laughed quietly along with her, and the audience chuckled in return.
