Lightning is channeled into the user's body at the above speed stat.
Lightning release beast tracking fang: The user forms lightning in their hand and launches it at the opponent in the form of a hound to attack them. SummoningsBearded Vulture: This summon was given to Saigo by his mentor, Danzo Shimura, as a gift for transportation purposes. However, Saigo later discovered that some of the summon species were incredibly skilled in aerial combat, spying, and ninjutsu. The bearded vulture resides in the country of Hot Water, where the Chinoke clan once lived before going extinct. They bathe in iron-rich mud or water, which causes their feathers to take on a red pigmentation, similar to how the Chinoke clan manipulates iron and rich concentrated liquids.The bearded vulture has various forms: chicks, fledglings, and full adults. The adults are massive and comparable to toads, snakes, slugs, and tail beasts. They are mainly used for combat or flight. Fledglings resemble ordinary small birds and are typically used for surveillance, spying, and relaying messages from the summoner. As for the chicks, they can make good pets.They mainly focused on water, wind, and fire ninjutsu.Snakes: Saigo possessed the snake summons.
