So I started planning on how to do this. My first target is Han Ming army. 20,000 soldiers will attack them at night, retreat towards Kanyou while hiding and doing guerrilla attacks and make the Han Ming army follow them as I'll simultaneously strike the Sun Ce army and go towards Jiangxia from opposite direction so they have no other choice but to follow.

I will send my flag with all the armies so it gets confused and serves as bait. Then my main troops, who would be hiding in the forest, would wait till the enemy crossed them and they would take Jiangxia with Zhang Liao.

Once Chu army hears about Jiangxia falling, they will turn back, and that's when I, along with the rest of the troops, shall strike their rear. When Sun Ce come to deal with them, I'll send Zhao Yun to kill Zhou Yu as I beat Sun Ce.

After that, we will head towards Runan immediately and take it so the Chu Capital falls in panic. Hopefully the reinforcements will arrive in time and we need to get through KouEn; after all, the capital won't last long.

But I'm not placing importance in that. There are many factors that can go wrong if we go towards Shouchun. Also, I don't have enough soldiers to take and hold all the castles. So I can take Runan at best.

Chu Capital - Shouchun (1 week later)

The king again asked, "Are we so out of talent that we cannot find proper generals to defend us?"

The king finally asked, "Are we going to take this insult and sit down? Don't you want revenge?"

Everyone roared, "Yes, we do!"

The king replied, "Good then. We will recruit any able-bodied man who wishes to defend Chu. We will gather all the generals we can muster and take back Jiangnan. Our brave soldiers have taken down the Qin army at Jiangxia and most of them were killed.

Now we shall deliver the finishing blow. We must kill that accursed KouRyu to remove the only threat that remains between Chu and conquering all other states."

Everyone agreed with the king with a loud cheer.

Suddenly the door to the court burst open as a messenger rushed in and yelled, "Your highness, emergency news! Urgent news from Runan."

Everyone was shocked at the brazen display, and the king was fuming as he yelled, "What is so urgent that you had to disrupt the court order? Speak; if it's not urgent, you will lose your head."

The messenger spoke with fear: "The Qin army detached force led by General KouRyu has taken down both Jiangxia and Runan. Prince Sun Ce and General Han Ming were both defeated and are returning here. Lastly, Zhou Yu Sama was killed by one of the Heavenly Generals of KouRyo, Zhao Yun.

KouRyu has about 10,000 troops with him but we got word that Qin has sent out another army of 200,000 under General Ouki himself. They also have the ChouTou and Kyou armies that escaped and made their way towards Runan with all haste, probably reaching there within 2 days or so.

Prince Sun Ce and Han Ming sama went to Runan to hold it but they could not hold General KouRyu took both of them down by himself and KouEn sama just returned so he doesn't know about this. They will be making their way here as soon as the 3 armies meet up."

Everyone looked towards the King with fear. The King was about to explode in rage but suddenly, surprising everyone, he spoke with a hint of sadness:It seems we need to move our capital beyond the Yangtze river.

Gather everything important; we are moving immediately. Send all forces to Guangling, We must have Guangling as our road to central China and our next target, Qi. Send words to KouEn, He is to gather all the troop he can muster within 3 days and head towards Guangling. Once we abandon Shouchun, burn it to the ground so Qin can't take it."

Everyone was in shock. They were just planning on taking back their old territories and move beyond them, but now they are going back to their old capital to regroup.

This was a devastating blow to Chu and King; losing his only son was heartbreaking, but chose to follow his last advice to build up their strength. The loss of around 300,000 soldiers since the 100,000 massacre has greatly weakened them.

Qin Capital (3 weeks later)

Everyone waited with baited breath as they were expecting news from the Jiangxi campaign.

A messenger rushed in and spoke, " urgent report from Jiangxia."

The Ouki and Kyou armies have both have reached Runan and relieved General KouRyu. The remaining Chu soldiers returned to the capital and as per our spies, Chu has moved their Capital to Danyang, their old capital.

They have removed all the precious stuff from Shouchun and seems to have abandoned it, leaving only Guangling as their only foothold in central plains. This is an overwhelming victory by Qin!"

The room was silent for a second and then erupted with thunderous cheers as everyone was laughing and shedding tears of Joy. Ryofui had a big smile as he spoke to the king.It seems my dear associate KouRyu has proven yet again my faith in him and raised Qin's head, your Highness. "
