That chain is abruptly flung back! Caught off guard, the masked man's body is forced backward!

Meanwhile, Chiyu's other hand grips a blazing short sword of flickering lightning—the Lightning Release: Blade of False Darkness, the weapon he most often used in the past!

The masked man, stunned, tries phasing out again, letting Chiyu's vicious slash pass harmlessly through him.

At this point, they're at point-blank range, so Chiyu's Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan unleashes a beam of light at him!

"That's it! The Captain's Mangekyō power in his right eye—

The Magasushi whatever–God…? Wait, was it Magatsuchi?

He's about to use that judging by the glow!" the members of the Police Force call out.

Kakashi also feels a shock in his heart:

"I see! Even if the enemy can phase through attacks, as long as he's visible in Chiyu-sama's line of sight, he'll be affected by Magatsuhi no Kami. That's the ultimate eye of judgment!"

However, the masked man suddenly sneers:

"Uchiha Chiyu, did you think I'd come without any countermeasure against your ability?
