Shi Yue made sure not to linger in the heavenly realm after clearing the entire Peach Garden of its trees and leaving the Seven Fairies in a daze. Remembering the Queen Mother's maddened rage, he promptly returned to Flower Fruit Mountain.

No sooner had he entered Water Curtain Cave than Sun Wukong appeared right behind him.

Feeling slightly embarrassed, Sun Wukong said, "Brother, I fear I took too much advantage this time, heh heh."

As he spoke, The Six-Eared Macaque, Six Paths, sensed their presence and joined them in Water Curtain Cave. The three exchanged amused glances.

Six Paths' eyes gleamed a bit, "It's good to see both brothers return safely. Now, I can rest easy."

Sun Wukong felt embarrassed, and Shi Yue did as well. Sun Wukong then turned to Shi Yue and asked, "Did you manage to keep some for yourself? I was drunk and forgot to bring back any for you two."

Shi Yue had previously mentioned something about the Peach Banquet, so Six Paths understood what Sun Wukong referred to and was about to speak, but Shi Yue casually stretched out his hand, revealing a ripe peach, making Six Paths' eyes light up with delight.

Shi Yue smiled, "This is one that ripens every nine thousand years. Try it; it's quite something."

Six Paths didn't hesitate, grabbing it and starting to eat. Sun Wukong, somewhat embarrassed still, said, "Though these are great, they're nothing compared to the treasures I ate last. One of those could surpass many of these peaches. It's almost a pity I wasted them in my drunkenness."

Shi Yue chuckled, "Are you talking about the Nine-Turn Golden Elixir of Laozi?"

Sun Wukong's eyes brightened immediately. "Did you really lead me there, brother?"

Shi Yue was momentarily confused, but Sun Wukong proceeded to recount the events. Shi Yue's expression turned strange as he realized that while he had transformed into Perfected Taiyi to steal the Peach Trees, someone else had used his guise to lead Sun Wukong to Laozi's palace. Shi Yue couldn't help but wonder who had a grudge against Laozi to do such a thing.

Unbeknownst to Shi Yue, Perfected Taiyi was enduring his own struggles, feeling utterly foolish.

After Sun Wukong finished, Shi Yue could only shake his head in confusion. Of course, Perfected Taiyi was the prime suspect, but there was no need to dwell on it. He reassured Sun Wukong, "Don't worry about missing out. In fact, if you had consumed less, I'd be more concerned. All will become clear in due time."

Sun Wukong scratched his head, finding Shi Yue even more enigmatic and feeling frustrated by his secrecy. He said, "I've probably caused a lot of trouble by eating all the food and celestial wine from the Peach Banquet, dragging you two into this mess."

Hearing this, Shi Yue couldn't help but feel uneasy. What Sun Wukong did was minor compared to driving the Queen Mother insane.

Noticing Shi Yue's expression, Sun Wukong's eyes brightened with joy, "Did you also manage to get some great advantage from The Heavenly Court?"

Shi Yue coughed awkwardly, seeing both Sun Wukong and Six Paths eagerly looking at him. He laughed dryly, "I'm afraid the Queen Mother might already be insane."

"Oh?"

Sun Wukong and Six Paths immediately beamed, prompting, "Tell us, what did you do to drive the Queen Mother mad? Did you steal her undergarments? Ha ha ha, that would be hilarious!"

Shi Yue was startled and thought, "Sun Wukong, when did you become so vulgar? Would I do such a thing?"

Glancing sternly at Sun Wukong, Shi Yue said, "No, I didn't take her undergarments, but I did something that would make her even angrier."

The Six-Eared Macaque, Six Paths, couldn't hold back, urging, "Brother, tell us quickly. Don't keep us in suspense."

Sun Wukong, eyes gleaming mischievously, added, "Did you peek at the Queen Mother while she bathed?"

Shi Yue was exasperated, "No! When did you become so indecent? I, Shi Yue, would never do such a thing!"

Sun Wukong retorted, "Then just tell us already, making us guess isn't fair."

Shi Yue smiled, "If she finds out I did it, she's sure to scour the nine depths of hell to find me, and she won't rest until I'm skinned alive."

Sun Wukong grew impatient, scratching his head, "Then hurry up and tell us. The suspense is unbearable!"

Shi Yue finally revealed, "I stole her peach trees."

"What?"

Both of them were shocked. Sun Wukong, unimpressed, remarked, "What's the big deal about that? Why would she hate you so much for it?"

Shi Yue merely smiled, watching them silently. The Six-Eared Macaque, Six Paths, felt his heart racing, realizing something and asked, "Brother, how many peach trees did you steal from the Queen Mother?"

Sun Wukong also caught on and eagerly looked at Shi Yue.

Shi Yue nodded with a smile, "Yes, you guessed correctly."

The Six-Eared Macaque, Six Paths, felt as if his heart was leaping out of his chest, his eyes brimming with awe for Shi Yue, thinking, "In the entire three realms, none are as daring as my brother Shi Yue!"

Sun Wukong started scratching his head again, struggling to imagine what he suspected. If it were true, his own mischief paled in comparison. After fidgeting for a while, he nervously asked, "Brother, just say it outright. Old Sun can't take much more."

Shi Yue admitted with a wry smile, "Yes, I stole all the peach trees from the garden, not leaving a single one for the Queen Mother."

Instantly, Water Curtain Cave fell silent, broken only by the sound of two rapid breaths and the pounding of hearts as their eyes turned blood-red.

Then Sun Wukong burst into boisterous laughter, and The Six-Eared Macaque, Six Paths, was similarly overwhelmed with excitement, his eyes red and face contorted with emotion, the veins on his head standing out, while Shi Yue could only offer a helpless smile.

Both of them already knew about the Universe World within the Measuring Sky Staff. Sun Wukong was particularly envious, though he lamented that capturing inanimate objects was easy compared to living beings, making it a matter of chance.

Once Sun Wukong had laughed to his heart's content, The Six-Eared Macaque, Six Paths, with a smile in his eyes, remarked, "It seems, brother, your 'fate' with the Queen Mother may never be resolved."

Sun Wukong was puzzled, and Shi Yue, too, was momentarily taken aback. Then Sun Wukong burst into laughter again, unstoppable even when Shi Yue playfully kicked him in the behind.

Understanding dawned, and Shi Yue was momentarily speechless too. This significant karmic entanglement was indeed a "fate" that could never be undone. Even if it wasn't clear now, one day it would be, and then she would never cease pursuing him, even to the ends of heaven, earth, and sea. Though things wouldn't get melodramatic, like exaggerated sobbing or tantrums.

Reflecting on this, Shi Yue felt a headache brewing. Eliminating the Queen Mother seemed a good idea, but required the strength to do so and was impossible to take back. Nevertheless, taking back something already in his possession wasn't in Shi Yue's nature.

Of course, the context mattered. For those closest to him, he wouldn't mind sharing, believing life is meant for sharing. As he saw it, life without sharing was mere isolation; owning the world meant nothing if he was alone in it.

Like today, amidst this mythic era, some later might view his methods as naive. Yet, Shi Yue believed only by giving could one receive. He wished not to become someone detached and unemotional. In seeking his own path, he found refuge in the camaraderie and loyalty of his two brothers, and unbeknownst to him, also in the devoted affection of his senior sister Taiyin.

While Shi Yue was brooding, the mischievous Sun Wukong suddenly suggested with a sly grin, "Why not take her as a second wife, brother? That way, you've truly snatched the Queen Mother from The Jade Emperor, and it would be an honor for us!"

The Six-Eared Macaque, Six Paths, spat out his drink, eyes wide and speechless, while Shi Yue couldn't help but feel a wicked thrill at the idea. Stealing the Queen Mother! That seemed particularly audacious.

Stunned, Shi Yue dismissed such thoughts, worrying instead how to handle being discovered. Those Peach Trees might be more precious than the Queen Mother's own dignity, so she would certainly not rest until justice was served.

Unable to devise a solution, Shi Yue decided to take things one step at a time—deny everything if discovered and hide temporarily if necessary.

As their laughter faded, the three shared an understanding, eyes gleaming with fierce determination. They all knew the trial ahead—the wrath of The Heavenly Court—and the fated calamity for Flower Fruit Mountain, a battle sure to capture the attention of the three realms.

The echoes of past vows resonated, pledging loyalty come what may. With brothers beside them, facing death was devoid of fear. United, they felt adrenaline surge through them, and Shi Yue thought with sparkling eyes, "Let us shake the heavens, gods, and all beings across the realms with sheer amazement!"
