Journey To The Lands Beyond

Blaine and Sebas went to the training grounds.

Many guards were already there, training.

"Look sharp, men! Let that fire burn inside you! Clench your hands and swing those swords as if your life depends on it."

A man with blonde hair said with a heavy voice. Commanding the guards. He was wearing a steel body armor. With a sword hanging on his hip. His name was Boyd Aland.

HAA! HAA!

The roaring voices of the guards could be heard from far away. Everyone was holding a wooden sword.

Blaine was surprised by the intensity of the training.

Sebas and Blaine were walking up to the man.

As he saw them approaching him… "Alright, men, that's enough for now! Take a short break!" His heavy voice sounded aloud and the guards stopped.

Everyone was panting. Some fell to the ground in fatigue. Some drank water to clench their thirst. And some wiped their sweat from all the rigorous training.

"Lord Sebas, what brings you here today! You almost never come here!" Boyd said respectfully. "And… who might this young man be?"

"It is good to see you too, sir Boyd." Sebas replied back in good faith.

"I am Blaine! It's nice to meet you, sir!" Blaine tried to be as polite, and respectful as he could be.

"I am Boyd Aland. Captain of the guards!" He responded back.

Sebas then explained everything to Boyd.

*few minutes later*

"As I just told you, Blaine is new here. Chosen by Lady Janika, to be her butler.

"I would be a fool to believe such a story… Is what I'd normally say… Had I not known about Lady Janika's magic ability!

But since it was her who brought him here, I have no problem believing it." Boyd responded.

"Hmm?" Blaine listened to him but didn't understand what his words meant.

"Alright. I leave Blaine in your care, sir Boyd." Sebas said respectfully.

"And, young Blaine, once you're done with your training for the day, come to the library." Sebas said with a calm demeanor and walked out of the training grounds.

"Ah, okay, sure…"

"Alright, everyone, gathered around! I have an announcement! Boyd said with a heavy voice.

Everyone gathered around and were waiting for Boyd to speak.

"We have someone new joining us for our training! Blaine! From now on he'll be training with us! Let's hear it for Blaine!"

"Yay"

"Good to have you here"

"Let's go, Blaine. Show us what you got"

The cheers continued.
