Isekai: The Eight Soul Fragments

Back in the Preeliance castle, Harold was casually taking a stroll around the city, there weren't exactly too many things happening yet but there was something off with Serkyrio going without any archon remaining in the castle.

However, despite the boring stroll, he was thinking ahead of time that an invasion that could be sensed a month ago in a certain location may be taken as a trap that Serkyrio walked into on purpose.

"Dude probably wanted to make the enemy think that it's pointless to defend without them." He simply smiled just as his phone started to ring in emergency tone. Just as Harold picked up the call, Andreus's voice came out in a slight fluster. "Dude, we need to gather up ASAP, we got reports of devil invasions coming in from multiple areas surrounding the continent. All countries with shorelines are going to be affected." Harold looked up to the sky in the southern direction, and saw a gigantic distortion occurring in the sky. "Yeah, but seems like we're gonna get caught in a pincer attack here cause, look at the sky." Harold quickly removed the phone from his ear and quickly contacted every single member of the Preeliance higher ups in state of emergency.

Back in Polytopia, Remuel picked up the call that was sent by Harold and set it to loudspeaker immediately. "Remuel, just as I forecasted, things will get interesting." Remuel smiled in anticipation. "As expected of you, guess it's gonna turn into a major global attack immediately. Which countries can survive on their own?" Harold listed the countries that will be able to push through the dangerous attack. "But still, to have both devils and the council attack at the same time, they're not even trying to hide their cooperation." Both of them laughed lightly while Arlesk and Draxus were simply smiling. "Anyways, I got the split down and handed orders to the Sentinels, Guardians, and the Knight Order. Opening a portal to your place now, I'll send you all to the planned stations." This attack had already been orchestrated by the enemy ever since they were found on the southern seas. Serkyrio and Harold already predicted the outcome of an all-around attack by the demons, but through Draxus's memories, he knew the name Magna Ensarkóno. Thus, he gave the Preeliance members a reminder that Cronus and Magna would be cooperating in a world-scale attack.

However, his identity as the [Prime Existence] was still hidden, the only ones who knew are the ones in his harem, and the extreme higher ranks such as Archons, Harold, Andreus, and Serkyrio. But with Draxus's information, they were able to create the perfect contingency plan.

Arlesk informed the hero and the head senator to simply remain calm on the upcoming attack as Draxus gave them actual information on what the knights of the council can do. But just after finishing the explanation, a distortion could be seen toward the northern direction in the sky. The distortion then converted into a large open space as if a disc had formed. It then began its descent while changing its color as if leaving from the disguise.

"Now that's some crazy entrance done by the council, Remuel." Draxus could barely see multiple disc platforms descending down to the ground, thus asking for Remuel on confirmation. "Yeah, it's about one to two thousand, considering that there's a massive invasion here already, they only thought about a small pincer from behind. Claude Ying, I'm sure you have a party or an army, you can clear them off from where they will land." Claude was surprised from Remuel's sudden words towards him, but just as he was about to make a complaint, he had already entered a portal that was created.

With the three Archons back at the Preeliance base, they worked on which places that require more defenses and concluded that the four nations that have crippled armies will be given serious backup. "Draxus, Arlesk, each harem member we have will be important for their countries. Their influence is high enough to be revered as a country's queen and I'm pretty sure they're strong enough to a certain point right?" Draxus and Arlesk nodded and began moving to look for their loved ones.

However, they didn't really leave the room as the ladies themselves just arrived to the Dimensional Laboratory. They flocked into their loved ones as they greeted with both nervousness and excitement. Afterwards, the Sentinels and the Guardians had arrived to the laboratory at full force.

"Aight, now that everybody is here, we're going to split this into multiple forces. Arlesk and Remuel, take over the two crippled countries on the eastern side of the alliance, pick those who will be joining you." Harold quickly gave instructions to every member as if representing the emperor. The Guardians were surprised that the coordination and camaraderie between the Preeliance members were almost as if the same as a complete family. "Richard had already intercepted the ones that went here with the knight order. Draxus, you will have to deal with four countries at quick succession, prioritize Paladia and the country below it, then head to Santuria to intercept things there, then head to Quisterion last, their hero is still alive along with their army so they won't be facing too much trouble." Draxus nodded in Harold's instructions and made a quick suggestion. "Prioritize Council Members and those who proclaim themselves as "Lords" serving the true devil. They will wreck havoc much harder than the actual invasion." The groups will be separated as such:

Remuel and his selected group will head towards Luventrion and Bazylopia, while Arlesk, Hecate, Amber, and two more Guardians are headed to Kitrixia and Omnidaxius. Draxus will be getting busy in Paladia with Matilda, while his harem will spread out to protect other countries, specifically their home countries. Each were accompanied by a vice-chief of the Sentinels and a few members each.

Harold remained in the castle as all of them entered through the respective portals to save their homelands.
