Chapter 32 Robbery
North of Orlando, deep within the Lake Sai'er Forest Park, a secluded RV campsite is hidden among towering pine trees.
This is a vacation and relaxation paradise, and every holiday, some people drive their RVs here to unwind for a few days.
The 'Gray Shark' rented this campsite and turned it into a secretive temporary refuge. The large open grounds make it very suitable for small aircraft to take off and land.
The 'Holy Light I', with a wingspan of over ten meters, is currently parked inside a large tent in the campsite.
As Zhou Qingfeng's exclusive vehicle, this top-configured model worth five million US Dollars is equipped with a complete control and data system.
The black box faithfully records its recent flight routes, and the dozen or so high-definition cameras and large-capacity hard drives can store up to two weeks of surveillance video without missing a thing.
The 'Gray Shark' sat in an electric wheelchair, inserted the communication interface into the control center of the 'Holy Light I', and retrieved data and videos.
When the surveillance footage was read out, the seemingly bewildering mystery quickly unveiled the truth—Zhou Qingfeng woke up midway, and after a hasty emergency landing, he left alone.
Based on the landing trajectory recorded by the black box, the 'Gray Shark' quickly pinpointed the location: Clayvin, near Orlando, a remote town just over forty kilometers from the campsite.
He opened the electronic map, found the landing spot, and zoomed in on the screen. At the landing site of the 'Holy Light I', a lone icon was nearby—an isolated gas station convenience store.
The external camera of the 'Holy Light I' captured Zhou Qingfeng using a drunk man's phone, so he surely knew of the gas station's existence.
The 'Gray Shark' then sought information relevant to the gas station and soon discovered from the police's public channel monitoring that an armed robbery had just occurred there.
Four robbers, armed with guns, entered the convenience store during night shifts, shot and injured a clerk, intimidated several customers present, and stole the store's operating cash.
But all four robbers were dead.
The captured customers quickly fled in the chaos, and no one called the police. The injured clerk was unconscious at the time and couldn't clarify the situation even after being hospitalized.
As for the surveillance, all were smashed by the robbers, so it didn't capture who killed the robbers. In short, the police are currently at a loss and don't know how to handle the case.
Following the usual police procedure, if no specific clues emerge within three to five days, they will mark it as an unsolved case.
By then, the injured clerk and the damaged store owner will seek compensation from the insurance company, and once their emotions stabilize, they won't delve deeper.
As for the dead robbers, without any aggrieved party, their deaths will mean nothing. The local police won't bother to continue investigating—this is the standard practice for such cases.
But the issue is, where did Zhou Qingfeng go? The 'Gray Shark' was especially troubled by this.
Now that 'Electric Flight' is under investigation, Zhou Qingfeng is wanted, and the people on the 'Holy Light' side are either unreliable or under surveillance, unable to help.
"That kid is in a daze, doesn't even remember who he is, do you expect me, a cripple in a wheelchair, to find him?"

After a long six-hour interview, Kelly was released on bail by her lawyer and stepped out of the FBI Miami Branch's stern grey building. Text acquired from M|V|LEMP&YR.
As she pushed open the building's heavy glass doors and walked down the steps, a series of flashlights lit up outside.
A swarm of media reporters surrounded her like hungry wolves. Microphones were almost thrust into her face, and questions were fired like machine guns.
"Ms. Kelly, where is your company's president now?"
"Will 'Electric Flight' accept the five hundred million dollars fine from the IRS?"
"Are you considering selling the company?"
The reporters' voices grew louder as they tried to grab exclusive news amid the chaos.
Faced with the intense media scrutiny, Kelly did not step back. Instead, she slightly raised her chin, her face full of smiles.
For the questions, she said nothing, only elegantly brushed through the crowd, heading towards a black "Maybach" silently parked by the roadside.
Inside the car, her father, Jeff Connally, sat in the backseat, staring at his eldest daughter with a complex expression.
Kelly went around 'Dongda' as if attending a coronation ceremony, and within just two months, she seemed entirely transformed.
She had never exuded such an aura after working at 'JP Morgan' for half her life—as a senior client manager, she used to have to placate others, but now she truly wielded money and power.
Especially after hosting an on-site investigation from ***, her mind completely opened up. She no longer saw herself as a pawn on a chessboard but an elite overlooking everything from above.
The so-called 'powerful and noble' of the past suddenly appeared to her as dispensable embellishments. Even her once high and mighty father now seemed limited in vision, only able to mix within the financial circle.
Kelly asked her father, "What's the current situation?"
Jeff put down his wine glass and frowned, "Victor is missing, the 'Gray Shark' has cut off contact with us.
Governor Ellison Parker jumped out, accusing 'Electric Flight' of multiple illegal acts, spouting nonsense about threats to national security and illegal data collection.
The 'Dongda' embassy expressed concern but did not make a clear statement."
He paused, reluctantly adding, "The hottest topic right now is still the 'Warthog'—specifically, the 'Holy Light I' that Victor used to escape."
Jennifer chimed in excitedly, "The National Guard participated in the capture last night, and someone secretly filmed it.
The video is going viral—the 'Holy Light I' took off on the spot, its engines roaring, managing to evade IRS helicopters and slip away like a shadow.
