Injustice Superman in Marvel

Chapter 101: Tears in His Eyes?!

"Er…"

Tony was stunned after hearing Heisenberg's explanation.

After a moment, he shook his head helplessly.

"No one wants to hurt you, and…"

"They can't hurt me either, right?"

Heisenberg countered, patting Tony's shoulder.

"If they can't hurt me, that's no reason for them to respect me.

I want them to never dare think badly of me.

Look, my demands are simple. Isn't being kind to others a basic quality everyone should have?

But the world is like this…"

As he spoke, his gaze out the window grew deeper.

"Captain Marvel's death will make you question my morality.

The 174 deaths in the LA human trafficking ring will make you condemn me for bypassing the law.

But almost no one notices—

What is morality?

Not breaking the law is the most basic morality!

Look at the laws. They tell us not to lie, rob, assault, kill, or steal!

But even these basic morals require federal laws to force citizens to comply.

And even then, criminals keep emerging!"

Heisenberg sneered, his fingers rubbing the car window.

"Tony, there are too many immoral people in the world, and the law, especially in America, is just a toy to them.

It has no deterrent!

So, they need a stronger restraint to keep them within the bounds of basic morality.

Look at me, Tony. I'm… very capable.

In my world, I've seized enough power, and I'll keep expanding my rule until I can shape the future I want!

With power and ability, I naturally bear responsibility.

So, I must become their restraint!

What the law can't do, I will!

Who the law can't control, I will!

What the law can't protect, I will!

What the law can't achieve, I will!

Like the 182 people who died at my hands yesterday!

174 human traffickers, six thieves and robbers, and two male producers who forced unspoken rules on men!!!"

Pat, pat, pat…

Heisenberg lightly tapped the Audi's gearshift with his left hand.

"Shouldn't the basic rule of unspoken rules be mutual consent?"

"This…" Tony hesitated, but before he could speak, Heisenberg continued.

"There are too many rule-breakers in the world, too many who ignore morality and law!

So, I must contain, control, or even erase them!

Until I achieve this goal, I must ensure my own safety—that's why Captain Marvel died.

In the process, I'll stay true to my principles, not letting any bastard who annoys me leave my sight alive.

In the future I'll create, there will be no unjust deaths!"

He patted Tony's shoulder.

"I'm brutal, dictatorial, so I welcome anyone like Captain Marvel to challenge me.

But fair warning—they'll end up on the moon, contributing to Earth's safety!"

As he finished, Heisenberg wiped the glass he'd been rubbing and pushed open the car door, leaving.

Before closing it, he warned without turning back,

"If you want to send me back to my world faster, hurry up. I'll leave quietly when the quantum portal is ready.

Until then, if I find some fun, you'll clean up after me.

In exchange, I'll allow you to seek my help in my universe if you face insurmountable odds in the future.

For example, if a true powerhouse in the universe dislikes my lunar artwork…

Come find me, and I'll turn them into the art they desire!"

Whoosh!!!

Heisenberg took off, vanishing in an instant.

Tony stared at the window Heisenberg had rubbed, stunned.

On it was a clear inverted triangular S-shaped emblem.

Its edges were smeared with teardrop-like traces—

Tears, or perhaps blood.

Two hours later, Tony returned to the temporary camp in the southwestern outer ring of the New York crater, exhausted.

Inside the tent was only Banner.

"Seen him?" Banner asked without looking up.

"Yeah, he's messed with my thoughts."

Tony replied weakly, slumping into a chair.

Noticing Tony's pallor, Banner finally looked up, concerned.

"What happened? Did he threaten you?"

"No, no, if it were just threats, that'd be great!"

Tony shook his head, as if trying to shake off something burning in his chest.

Stopping, he asked Banner,

"What's everyone up to?"

"Captain's searching for survivors within 80 kilometers.

Natasha's arguing with the council. New York's disappearance needs something to account for it. Damn it!"

"Tough on her. Are the Guardians watching Thor?"

"Who knows? Quill and Gamora are in New Asgard, Rocket and Groot are caring for Thor."

"Ant-Man and Hank Pym?"

"Hank's stubborn. We have to understand—he's from your dad's generation, with too much experience. It's normal he looks down on us."

"Hmph…"

After Banner's explanation, Tony smirked.

"I suddenly understand Heisenberg!" he said.

Banner was shocked: "Weren't we supposed to avoid that name…?"

"No need!"

Tony cut him off, sighing heavily.

"Call everyone back. I have a conversation to show you—one that's left a deep impression on me!"

He tapped his watch.

"I must admit, Heisenberg's ideas have convinced me, especially after Earth was attacked by Thanos twice, and Captain Marvel kept abandoning us to help the universe."

Tony slammed the armrest.

"We need unity, and not just through morality and responsibility.

I think it's time to restart the Superhero Registration Act!"

Five hours later, the Avengers gathered at the temporary camp—an unprecedented assembly!

Even Wanda…

Cough, even she sat in the makeshift meeting room, looking miserable.

Except for Thor…

Almost everyone was present.

Iron Man played the video of his morning conversation with Heisenberg.

As Heisenberg's words struck their hearts…

Some were outraged, like Captain America.

Others' eyes flickered, like Black Widow.

Iron Man sat in deep thought.

He wasn't sure if he was right, but he believed his actions would be meaningful if successful.

Before discussion began, Wanda, looking miserable, suddenly spoke up.

"I'm so stupid! The Mind Stone is with him!

With it, I can bring Vision back!"

Boom!!!

Wanda impulsively burst through the tent, soaring into the sky and vanishing.

This sudden change left the Avengers, who'd planned a long discussion, in chaos.

Even Iron Man forgot his grand plan.

"Damn, did no one tell Wanda about Carol?!"

"Stop her!"

"Catch her! Earth can't take more turmoil!"

"How? It's Wanda! Find Strange!"

The meeting collapsed, and Iron Man's thoughts spiraled deeper.

Meanwhile, in LA, Heisenberg was at the movies with a newly met third-tier model.

The heroine paled in comparison to the woman beside him, so Heisenberg focused more on the model.

Soon, the model's eyes glistened, and she pulled Heisenberg toward the bathroom.

Heisenberg smiled, holding her hand as they walked to the women's restroom amid whispers.

At the sink, she kissed him eagerly.

Heisenberg placed her on the sink, leaning her against the mirror.

Before things went further…

Boom!!!

The wall beside him cracked open, and waves of red energy surged in!

As the energy solidified, Wanda appeared beside Heisenberg.

Seeing Wanda's frantic face, the model froze.

"Ahhh, I didn't seduce your man! I didn't!!!"

The poor model's eyes almost teared up, and her lower lips already had.

Heisenberg pushed her away, leaving the scented area.

He sighed at Wanda's pleading face,

"How did you find me, damn it?!"

"I…"

Wanda suppressed her urgency, lowering her head nervously.

"I wanted to borrow…"

"OK, I get it. The Mind Stone, right?!"

Heisenberg grabbed Wanda's hand, and they shot into the sky, leaving downtown LA.

Moments later, they sat on the damaged Hollywood sign.

Heisenberg pulled the Mind Stone scepter from his pocket.

Seeing the gem, Wanda wept.

Heisenberg didn't interrupt, letting her cry silently.

When her tears subsided, he sighed.

"No need to explain your request.

I can't give it to you."

Boom!!!

Wanda's red energy erupted, but Heisenberg pressed the scepter to her chest before she could fully unleash it!

The Mind Stone glowed, calming Wanda.
