At last, the final floor rose into existence. An altar emerged, elevating both E and War Rabbit to the tower's pinnacle.

"The Earth is finished! Hahahaha!" President E laughed maniacally, plunging his hand into Pandora's Box to withdraw a black trigger.

"That…!" War Rabbit's eyes widened. It looked identical to the Danger Trigger clipped to his own belt.

"This is the Evol Trigger—the true core of Pandora's Box! It is the key to ultimate evolution!" E declared, gleefully.

With a single flick, he pressed the button on top.

"No!" War Rabbit tried to charge forward in desperation, but was pushed back by a whirlwind of energy. Helplessly, he watched E activate the device—

Awkwardly, President E looked around, then calmly retracted the trigger. The sky settled. The winds ceased.

"…I won't let the game end that easily," he muttered, pretending it was all part of the plan.

Before E could react, energy within his chest surged violently—until Ryuga burst forth, flipping mid-air and landing before War Rabbit. In a single smooth motion, he snatched the Evol Trigger and Pandora's Box.

"Take it, Sento! From now on, this Earth is yours to protect!"

Ryuga swiftly removed the six filled metal panels from Pandora's Box and tossed them to War Rabbit. Then, without hesitation, he removed his belt—and in that moment of confusion—used the power of Pandora's Box to eject War Rabbit from the Magic Tower.

"RYUGA!" War Rabbit's voice echoed in disbelief as he vanished.

"Oh, long time no see, Evolto." Ryuga turned to President E with a smirk. "Though really, it hasn't been that long, has it?"

"So you let me possess you on purpose?" E said darkly. "Your goal was the Evol Trigger all along?"

"Pretty much," Ryuga grinned. "Though personally, I prefer calling it the Black Hole Trigger."

"The Black Hole Trigger…? You even know what it does?" E's face twisted with rage. "You awakened my memories just for this?!"

"Seems like both Sento and I underestimated you," E spat. "You played us all."

"Don't get the wrong idea," Ryuga said, shaking his head. "I never lied to you. And I'm not here to kill you, either."

"Kill me?!" E scoffed. "Even if you awakened your powers, you think you can defeat me… with just Sento's Build Driver?"

"How will I know… if I don't try?"

Ryuga calmly took the Danger Trigger from War Rabbit's belt and stored it—along with Pandora's Box and the Evol Trigger—into his system space.

Of course, in a Rider world where everyone seems to have a pocket dimension, E didn't find this unusual.
