ideas for riders to write

Okay here's my thoughts a RPG game (of whatever rarity you want) eBay skill tree or something like that like class (like robe wizard etc) but you can create your own skill now of course there will be limitations like you can simply create a overpower scale just like a snap there will be a AI (I am assuming or a high technology is high enough for this I hope) to keep everything balanced like adding limitations to your skills or how would you rate skills or it's limited based on what class you have like rogue can only get rogue like scales and wizard don't get wizard base skills and so on and so forth now to make this interesting based on what skills the people the AI make their own skills for the monsters you'll be fighting it would be so interesting if they were a game like that (PS I know there is one game that technicality has that but the more cut up to put it down simply) I honestly think this will be a very cold thing to have if you like the custom made demon King system (oh that would be so amazing)
