I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess

Chapter 315: Artificial Sun?

[Back on the Surface]

Donatello floated in the air, watching as the King summoned wings made out of metal feathers from his back.

He then glanced towards the shorter man behind him, Mirage, finding him to have a pair of wings himself.

He couldn't help but relish the intense look of betrayal he was getting from the two of them.

He spread his arms far out to his side and asked:

"What's with those faces? You could kill me with those kind of stares."

"Why..." Leonardo growled, bawling his shaky hands into fists.

He then yelled:

"Why are you doing this?! What could you possibly gain by siding with these terrorists?! Is your dignity not large enough to feel shame!?"

Donatello listened to what he said, sighing. Before he could respond to the King's words, he watched as the man twisted in the air, kicking back and causing—

BOOM!

—A wind cone to erupt behind him.

Donatello watched as Leonardo's figure blurred and sped towards him like a missile. He hurriedly raised his forearms to the side, blocking a devastating blow that left his arms shaking.

He was knocked far back. Just as he was about to regain his balance in the air—

"WE TRUSTED YOU!"

—The King delivered another decisive blow to his chest, tearing through it.

Leonardo narrowed his eyes as he felt a scorching feeling around his arm. He stared into Donatello's eyes, finding them smiling at him.

Leonardo, feeling something was wrong, quickly pulled his arm out. Time then seemed to slow as he watched Donatello's body glow a radiant and burning light, followed by a massive explosion.

BOOM!

Leonardo shot out of the smoke, slightly charred before flapping his wings and steadying himself.

He twisted his head around, trying to find where the Star Mage had disappeared off to, before feeling the world suddenly become bright.

He looked up towards the sky, finding the Sun of the realm returning. He widened his eyes.

Had the realm recovered from the powerful EMP attack?

The thought immediately dashed away the second he heard a slow clap coming from the side.

Turning his head, he found Donatello, the Star Mage, completely undamaged. He watched as the long-blacked-haired man slowly clapped in his direction.

He then heard him say:

"Those blows sure do ache. I'm impressed with the power behind your fists, King of Strength."

Leonardo clicked his tongue and rolled his shoulders as he watched Mirage appear beside him. The two looked at Donatello, who eventually finished clapping.

The man then pointed towards the sky:

"I apologise for the change in scenery. I just didn't like how dark and dreary the world looked."

As he said this, the sun began to radiate a much brighter light. Donatello, who was standing right under it, felt his body recover and strengthen at an unprecedented rate.

His muscles swelled and bulked, increasing slightly in mass. The Star mage flexed his biceps, feeling the power inside them before looking towards the King.

He leaned his body forward and shot towards the King like a shooting star, crashing into him and delivering a savage blow—

BAM!

—To the centre of the rugged man's forehead.

Leonardo's head shot back from the punch. He then, with an angered gleam in his eyes, swung himself back forward.

Donatello speedily leaned back, dodging the King's powerful headbutt before twisting his body to the side and delivering a punch into Leonardo's face.

However, right as he was about to, he quickly had to dash back, his back parallel with the ground as a thin blade of a rapier passed by his face.

Mirage, saving the King from the attack, summoned several real illusions of himself around the Star Mage, who charged at him simultaneously.

Donatello nimbly dodged between the swift strikes of Mirage's clones, even dealing back counterattacks whenever he could and shattering the illusions.

However, seeing that the illusions kept on multiplying, eventually turning into a sea of Mirages, he stepped back and raised his hand to the air.

The artificial sun in the sky grew brighter before eventually beaming down a barrage of precise beams that tore through Mirage's clones, taking them all out.

But not only that, but it tore apart the world's structure.

The cobblestone roads, the remaining buildings, the Academy Hall, and the Academy building were caught in the scorching barrage of the sun's rays.

Before he could relish in the sight of ridding Mirage of his clones, he was suddenly blown back as the King appeared from behind the sea of illusions.

BAM!

As the three continued to fight in the sky, on the ground where a massive hole resided, a dark puddle slipped out from it before reforming into a beautiful humanoid figure.

She looked around with a stoic look, even taking a look towards the sky and watching the battle for a few moments.

She widened her eyes.

It wasn't every day you saw a fight of this calibre.

She summoned her phone from her spatial earring and opened the tracking app. Just as the application was about to begin its process to connect with the tracker, she heard a firm robotic voice behind her.

"D-... Daughter."

She stiffened and slowly turned back around, finding her father's robotic figure standing right behind her.

"... Family head..." She immediately went onto a bow before being stopped by him as he placed a hand on her shoulder.

"N-... No need. W-... Why are you not in the shelter?"

"I escaped to go find someone..." She then paused and asked:

"May I know how you are aware of the underground shelter, Family head?"

"... Y-... Your girlfriend just came by—"

"Have you seen where she went?" Marionette asked, accidentally interrupting her father, who went silent at her actions. She immediately understood and apologised.

"I'm sorry. I just wished to ask something of her. Do you know where she went, Family head?"

Marek continued to stare at her silently before pointing in a random direction.

Marionette, seeing where he was pointing, nodded firmly and bade the robot farewell before swiftly leaving with haste.

Her father watched as she left. After a while, he then muttered:

"S-... She interrupted me... T-... That's a first."

He then looked up towards the sky, watching as the three fought above him. He wrapped his metal fingers around his chin. He looked towards the still-intact buildings and made his way over to them.
