Chapter 102: Do you think I'm naive?
The grand ancestor thought about it deeply. She was a person who had experienced countless ups and downs and had lived for several hundreds of years, and hence she knew that it was better to join someone who you can't defeat.
She decided that she would tempt this human to join them. She had understood by now that this human was no ordinary person, and definitely not a messenger.
There were only two possibilities. Either he was another powerhouse of the humans, or he was the young king of the humans himself.
She refused to believe that the humans had so many strong powerhouses. It was absolutely impossible. It must be the young king of the humans who had come here in disguise.
Her main goal right now was to survive. She could think of taking revenge for her disciple later.
There would always be chances to take revenge once she got out of this mess.
She immediately shouted with desperation, "You are the king of the humans, aren't you?!"
The human in black armor stopped walking and looked at them. She was sure that he had a surprised expression, even though the grand ancestor couldn't see his face or his expressions due to the armor he was wearing.
She was right.

Harry walked towards the witches slowly, ready to execute them, when the old witch shouted, "You are the king of the humans, aren't you?!"
Harry was startled when he heard what she shouted.
He stopped mid step, looking at the old witch with surprise.
'How did she find out?', thought Harry.
The system disguised my aura, didn't it? Harry was completely confused. But then, he came to a conclusion.
'So what if she guessed it right? It doesn't change anything. They'll die anyway.", he thought.
He started walking towards them again.
-----------------
The grand ancestor felt fear bubble up within her once more when she saw the human king walking towards them once again.
She realized that she could not delay things any longer and immediately said, "Wait! You gain nothing from killing us! Let us live, and we will offer you benefits you can not imagine!"
Harry felt like laughing when he heard what she said.
He gained nothing? He would gain a lot from killing them, wouldn't he?
He would get 250 TP from the system, he would uproot potential threats who would take revenge against him and his kingdom, he would be able to take over Aduseon easily!
Weren't these all benefits?
He laughed and said, "Oh don't worry about the benefits I'll recieve. Trust me, I'll gain way more benefits than you can imagine or offer."
The grand ancestor looked at the human king with desperation. She shouted desperately, "No! We can offer many more benefits! We will hand over Aduseon peacefully! You will suffer heavy losses should you attack with your army! You can marry the princess!"
Harry scoffed. "Do you think I'm a fool? Why would I let a snake live with me willingly? Do you think that I do not know of your intentions? That you will take revenge the first chance that you get? Or do you feel that I have such great lust that I'd marry the princess of your kingdom even if it means potential danger?"
The grand ancestor looked thunderstruck. She did not know what to say. She had indeed thought so. The human king was still young, and she knew that the males of this age group were most prone to lust. She thought that she could tempt him with the offer of being able to marry the princess of Aduseon, as she was very beautiful.
She had pitch black hair, and sea blue eyes. Her figure was good too, and she was very voluptuous.
But never had she expected that she was seen through like a blank paper, and the young man figured out every single one of her intentions.
Looking at her dumbfounded expression, Harry knew that what he had said was exactly what he had thought. But, unfortunately for the grand ancestor, this only made Harry more angry as he glared at the women.
Harry started walking towards the grand ancestor, but this time, the grand ancestor had given up on trying to tempt Harry into leaving them alive.
She clearly understood that Harry understood what the consequences would be for leaving them alive.
She made one last ditch attempt for peace and said, "We will swear fealty to you."
Harry laughed and said, "Do you think I'm naive? Just swearing fealty is of no use. You'll just betray me. How many times do I have to repeat this? Anyway, why am I telling you this anyway?"
Harry seemed to have an expression of realization as he said the last sentence. Why was he telling her all this anyway? He had gotten too carried away, hadn't he?
Harry didn't bother to say anything more and sprinted towards the grand ancestor with his sword, ready to kill her.
The grand ancestor decided to fight the human king till her death. She didn't know if she was his match or not, but she was sure that she should be able to atleats injure him. Or so she hoped.
She hoped that if she could injure him and occupy his attention on killing her, she could give the queen of Aduseon and the princess enough time to escape and get away as far as they could from here.
Atleast, they could live their life in peace, far far away from here, away from the clutches of this despicable and cunning human.
