Chapter 16. A Shaking Future

The elite adventurers who stopped the great invasion of demonic beings across the lands. However, that was only the first wave. Haruto and his companions are informed that the second wave is approaching in three days.

They decide to rest and recuperate until then, spending a peaceful moment with Lilith and the others.

Jack, Vanessa, and Sefilia arrive, and the four skill holders meet. Sefilia informs Jack that he is under a curse from the Dominance skill and heals him using her skill.

Later, Jack encounters Rudolf. Rudolf, seeing through Jack’s power, challenges him to a battle. Amid the fierce fight, Jack’s power and will begin to spiral out of control. It was the influence of the Dominance curse left by Levin, whom he had fought before. Awakening even greater power, Jack defeats and kills Rudolf.

The day of the decisive battle arrives. Jack, now a slave to his destructive instincts, heads to Haruto. There, he notices that Lilith and Alice possess staves imbued with demonic energy, causing his rampage to accelerate further. Consumed by the impulse to destroy demons, Jack transforms into a monstrous beast knight and attacks Haruto and the others──.

Chapter 17. A Sealed World

Jack, driven by the Dominance curse left by Levin, rampages to destroy everything.

Haruto and the others stand up to stop him. Faced with Jack, who evolves from a beast knight to a dragon warrior and then to the ultimate combat form [Code Lindwurm Slayer], Lilith and the others are helpless, and Haruto is also pushed to his limits.

Vanessa arrives, and Haruto and the others are transported into the world within Jack’s consciousness. Through the Transfer skill, Levin’s residual thoughts emerge from within Jack. If they can erase this, they can restore Jack to his original self──.

Having encountered all the skill holders, including Levin’s thoughts, Haruto awakens. He manifests the true form of his skill, [Elysion Gate]. With this power, Haruto overwhelms Jack, who has been enhanced to his limits.

With Vanessa’s help, they succeed in expelling Levin’s thoughts from Jack and banishing them to another dimension.

Meanwhile, in the outside world, the armies of demons and magical beasts descend. Even the shadows of the supposedly dead Six Demon Generals appear──.
