My dad suddenly became excited he jumped out for his chair and hugged me " I know I can count on you " my spoke with excitement he explained to me that Arcadia has established a branch at west coast few years ago I never knew about it according to branch manager they having problems with clients due to their demands plus there also rumours about someone tried leaking our company information to the public. My dad suspects someone tried to sabotage the company by sending me to act as analysis from central to help deal with it and same time investigate it. After enjoying few bottles of beer I decided to went home I checked my watch it's ten o'clock night I checked my phone dozens of misses call mostly from my mom others like Duncan and Angela. I ignored them and continue walk towards subway while walking some stalls already closed some are open for twenty four hours.
Just few steps reaching subway I noticed someone sitting alone at bus stop a women she covered her face with her hands sobbing I slowly walked towards her the figure suddenly became clear it was Tracy. Her stunning figures still dazzling as ever she wears blue jeans and fashionable loose shirts her ponytail hair shown her slender neck even in cold night she's like flowers that stood up.
" Tracy are you okay " I spoke first she lifted her head to see me with tears still pouring from her eyes with confused look she said
" Danny what are you doing here and how did you find me " her voice were horses repeating the question back to me I told her I was on the way back to subway station Tracy look me again with calm and contempt look she and spoke " care to drink with me " she invited me for drink I was just got back from bar I was just about to decide her offer Tracy glance at me with pleading look her eyes fill with emotions.
" Fine but you drive" I agree but somehow regretted it she drove towards a small bar at the edge of city only few customers remain the owner seems know Tracy very well she order two bottles of cold ice beer and a bottle of Jack Daniels. We sit across each other Tracy suddenly drank the beer without looking at me " Why are you crying that time " I bring up that question Tracy glare at me her face flustered she retorted " it's nothing " she continues gulping the beer.
After few bottles of beer she became tipsy began spouting words " you look cute actually first time seeing you" from teasing me to curse me Tracy speak non stop she began act provocatively plus she tried to kiss me but I pushed her away. I dragged her inside the car and drove to her house in car Tracy still tried to tease mentioning why Angela always talk about me but I shove it off and focus driving .
Upon arriving at her apartment I carried her inside put her in bed while I jump on the couch my head was really hurting from the hangover I look at time it was midnight I slept for short time. Just I am about to leave someone call me from behind " leaving already " her voice sounds weak but sharp I look back and saw Ttacy sat at the sofa her leg crossed she glance at me gestures me to sit I sense something wasn't right.
I adjusted myself at the couch position myself across of her Tracy face suddenly turn darked her face full of emotions as she spoke with serious tone " What are doing that night with miss Angela " my suddenly turn pale did she knew but how I tried to pretend I didn't knew but Tracy doesn't give me a space to breathe. " Did you sleep with her " her tone suddenly changed to anger as cold sweats covered my forehead this is the end for me I am so fucked up. I am totally fucked up now just I am about to ask the system again Tracy voice brought me back to reality " well what's your answer" she already sit at my lap as our gaze meet each other. I frowned and asked her " you sure you wanna do this would that make Angela sad if she find out about this " my question suddenly make her pause she look at me this her face with puzzles look her eyes fill with emotions without hesitation she kissed me our lips connected my emotions were uncontrollable I grabbed her waist and carried her into her room. Tracy breathing became heavy she whispers in my ears " Should we take off our clothes first " I looked at her and said " let me do it for you " my hand slowly pulling off her shirts meanwhile at five star restaurant Jenna and Lucas were having romantic dinner both of them rekindle old flame " Lucas should you ask Nora for dinner not me " she spoke while take a sip of red wine.
Lucas sneered smile and said " Nora are just tools we don't have any romantic relation the person who had place my heart is you Jenna" her face flustered embarrassed she retorted " you always said that all time Lucas when we were together " her playful voice caught Lucas off guard. Lucas explained to Jenna he sent Nora to South city to deal the problem between Thier client and the locals.
Lucas also mentioned that Angela already gone for business trip so he planned to make a his move but Jenna stop him and said " we still had long way to go beside her company isn't going nowhere" her tone stern while wiped her mouth with napkin. Jenna told Lucas that she had planning something bigger for her Avalon Times was just small problem that she can handle it with closed eyes her real target is Rothman Media the biggest company in Northern city. Hearing that makes Lucas amazed by her vision Lucas slowly walked towards her and kiss her cheeks " whatever you want to do you always had my back honey " Jenna glance at him with contempt she grabs his chin facing her gaze both of them continue their tender kiss.
That morning I woke up as morning sun Peirce through the window curtain I look around I saw Tracy sleeping next to me while her arms rest at my chest I get up pick up my phone to check up message. When I turn on my phone dozens of text messages flooded most of them from my mom I noticed one message from unknown number I open to check it only writes location and time also of Garry Hall. Seeing that guy photo again an anger surge from my chest I save the location and put down the phone suddenly Tracy wrapped her hands around my chest from behind her sleepy face makes her look even cuter.
That morning we ordered a take out for breakfast Tracy look at me indifferent she spoke " now i knew why Ms. Angela was very fond of you" eating her food while glance at me I retorted with confused look " why? " Tracy replied " you knew how to make women happy plus you knew how to please her " as her face red with embarrassment.
I chuckled at her pretending I didn't hear it we finished our breakfast as i walked out her apartment a car suddenly approached towards me with high speed just it's about to hit me I jump on right the car hitting garbage near me the sound startled Tracy she quickly went outside. Shocked seeing me lay on the ground she running towards me to help me up " Are you okay what happened" her voice worries as Tracy help me get up I noticed the car came back this time it heading towards Tracy I pushed her away while I rolled to dodge this time it's escaped. I managed to caught the car plate number it would seems I seen this car somewhere I went to help Tracy up she only had small bruises " who's that guy?" Tracy breathing out as she get up.
I just shaking my pretending I don't know but that plate number I remember I have seen it I quickly taken Tracy to hospital.
