"If only there existed a world that held all these powers, I could simply gather them and unleash them on Mars. The planet would recover naturally."

Arthur chuckled quietly, amused by the sheer impossibility of such a scenario.

Then, a wild, nearly insane idea struck him like lightning:

"Why not make Mars eat a Devil Fruit?"

If it could consume the Human-Human Fruit, maybe it would gain consciousness — and with its own thoughts, it could help him build the planet. Now I just have to hunt them down — and yes, find a World Tree to evolve the planet even further. But man, I need to return to the Invincible universe to acquire Kate's duplication power to help me search the pirate world for these fruits. Even with my power and speed, this is an impossible task to do alone. I still have a lot of work ahead."

He smiled softly, feeling the weight — and the honor — of a mission far greater than himself.

The path wouldn't be easy, but he was more than ready to walk it.
