Chapter 5: Chapter 5 I am a Ghost
"You... get up..." Feng Yueya said somewhat angrily as she reached out to push him, only to find her hand not touching his body but instead passing right through it.
Huh? What's going on here?
She tried again, and once more, her hand passed through his body.
Could it be that she's really dreaming? Feng Yueya calmly pinched her thigh.
Ouch! It's not a dream!
Then why can't she touch him???
Watching Feng Yueya's confused and shocked expression, the man asked knowingly with a smile, "What's wrong, Yue Yaya? Are you perplexed about something?"
Feng Yueya's hand trembled as she pointed at him, her voice quivering, "Why... can't I... touch you?"
"Because I'm a ghost," the man replied with a devastatingly beautiful smile, innocently batting his eyelids twice.
"Ghost... Could it be that I've become a ghost too?" She immediately looked around and discovered that this was another room from her memory, the room she used to live in.
That is to say, this was the room of Feng Yueya from the Huayang Sect.
The room was small and quite plain, similar to the modern-era houses she lived in, except that all the furniture here was antique.
"This isn't hell," Feng Yueya muttered in confusion.
"Heh—of course this isn't hell; this is your own room." The man rolled over and lay next to her, his waterfall-like hair spreading out on the bed like silk, smooth and soft.
Feng Yueya looked on with great envy, unable to resist reaching out to touch his hair, only to touch the bedsheets instead.
She forgot, this person was a ghost, intangible.
It was indeed strange; she knew he was a ghost, yet she felt no fear. Instead, she harbored a strange desire to get closer to him.
Could this ghost have used some sort of seducing trick on her? Otherwise, why would she have such a reaction?
Feng Yueya frowned and looked at the handsome man with a scrutinizing gaze.
Handsome, unbelievably so—it was never enough no matter how much she looked at him.
"Yue Ya, your drool is coming out," the handsome man teasingly tapped the corner of Feng Yueya's mouth with a jade-like finger.
Although it was said to be a tap, Feng Yueya felt no touch; but seeing his action made her face involuntarily flush with embarrassment.
