The difference between Kyoya and Xaya is not something felt clearly by him.

He knows, but due to how Xaya is cutely acting around him, Kyoya just forgets it. His words lately were also influencing Xaya well, but it's mostly for their good future where she can enjoy her husband the most.

The power is something nice, but Kyoya was sure Xaya won't allow him to get close to the heavenly realm!

Xaya and Kyoya found themselves on the hill.

The hill was calm and one might mistake it for the safe camp, but there was only a wild nature here. The race that lives here is bird one that silently prays on their victims... This area is not visited by adventurers unless requested by the mission!

It makes the place to be in very good shape without any scars of the battle left.

Naturally, Kyoya was waiting for the bird to attack them with the goblin staying close to him. The tank is going to do his job and taunt the enemy. Of course, he doesn't have such skill, so Kyoya was also aiming for him to learn it that here.

A husband had already classified the goblin as a tank in the party status.

Its appearance was of the beautiful bird with the long neck and white feathers. It was very big but fast. There was a lot of terror going through his voice, so the body also could act as a nice bait to lure the pitiful adventurers wishing to provide some nice feathers for their ladies.

The beak shone brightly, then the goblin jumped forward.

If someone could see through Kyoya's eyes and his system, then one could see level 42 going against 15 which is kinda funny. The gap should be called 'huge', but the new path of the goblin was already forcing him to become a masochist.

Then his small hands reached out to hold the long neck... The goblin used his strength of level 40+ creature to kill the bird! Its HP was being lost so fast it was quite pitiful to look at its eyes begging to let it go.

Nevertheless, its feather is what Kyoya needs so he waited for its death, then gathered the loot by ending its life with his knife. The feeling of having his weapon sunk into the flesh was something Kyoya felt used already too.

He took the loot as party leader, then turned his attention to Xaya.

But her question already caused the goblin to tense.

"Husband, did he learn the 'taunt' you had spoken about?"

"Not really... I guess he needs to taunt more."

"I see. Hmpf."

Xaya acted cutely yet again, her feet kicking the goblin forward... The small creature rolled on the ground, then the bird began truly getting taunted by his sole appearance... He was alone.

Yes, alone as if abandoned.

So they just lunged forward at him.

This was the action that allowed the goblin to learn the skill of tough skin and taunt as well...

Now, not only he can cut easily through the skin, but his skin became tougher! The life of a tank is surely hard!

After the tank cried enough, Kyoya used his bow and arrows descended onto the birds. His level was lower, so not a lot of EXP could be taken. The loot and the goblin's progress were more important.

"We need one hundred of those feathers, then one feather of level 19 bird."

"Husband can loot the feathers?"

Xaya asked with fake interest. She knew that it's either due to the quest or maybe Kyoya's title evolved and got the ability to take the feathers along the meat... All she wanted to do was to cuddle and so her arms wrapped around his neck.

Her nose was so close that she could tickle Kyoya!

"I can."

The wide smile spread on Kyoya's face, then he looked more deeply into his wife. After a while of eyeing each other, Kyoya broke the silence and added.

"Those feathers will join up and become the feather that allows my wife to float on my back... This is something I am missing deeply, but I don't think feather will look good on you, Xaya."

"Ah, then no need!"

Xaya must look the best for her husband! That's what it means to be the best wife! She shook her head, then even tried to peek into Kyoya's inventory, but he reassured the lady closing up the contact.

It was his introduction to the archer class.

His speech was something that touched Xaya's heart deeply. The speech contained his great arrows dealing with the filth, so Kyoya's archer can grow up the best by killing humans and other races that look at Xaya with disgust.

The wild monsters and animals are nothing like that.

What he has to kill is 'Intelligent Living Beings' that can either speak or have a human form.
