I Created Scientific Magic

Chapter 640: The Special Gift and the Astonishment of Geometric Civilization [Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!]

"Lord Mony, it seems we have returned to the 1700 star system."

Inside the planetary ecology research institute, the sudden change outside quickly caught the attention of the geometric aliens.

As the manager, Mony had already noticed this too. In fact, when Lynn had dispersed the thunderstorm clouds and withdrawn the three 'Suns', he immediately had a suspicion.

It looked like the experiment the Magic Empire had been conducting on this planet must have been completed.

Mony glanced over the research reports organized on his desk. After more than a decade of study and probing, he had vaguely guessed the reason behind such a grand display—it was to conduct derivative experiments with Magic Power, this peculiar energy!

According to the energy collection and detection devices, the concentration of Magic Power on this planet had increased several-fold compared to more than ten years ago. From the growth curve, it was evident that the growth rate during large-scale wars was the most rapid.

Combining this with Lynn's previous requirements of 'rapid iteration, short life span, and high intelligence' for biological modification, Mony could almost determine that the derivative of this energy form, Magic Power, was related to the death of living beings!

Besides, the ability of Magic Power to influence space-time and dimensions also made Manager Mony raise his evaluation of this special energy once again.

Upon realizing they had returned to the vast cosmos, only one thought remained in Manager Mony's mind—how to send some of the Magic Power he had secretly stored back to the mother world.

However, this thought was quickly suppressed by Mony, as with a flash of light and shadow, Lynn's figure appeared before everyone.

"How is your research going? Have you made any discoveries?" Lynn casually inquired.

"The data on the physical mutations of the planet's organisms due to the influence of Magic Power is mostly here," Mony said, passing over a chip the size of a fingernail that also contained a portion of the research data related to Magic Power.

In the decade and more, they had been working hard to mitigate the effects of the Heavenly Disaster caused by someone, balancing the ecosystem while also managing to conduct some experiments on Magic Power. Most of them couldn't possibly be concealed from the surveillance of people like Harrov.

Of course, some more critical experiments and conjectures hadn't been recorded in any data form but were stored in his mind.

Lynn, of course, was well aware of Manager Mony's little schemes. Although his attention had been on condensing the electromagnetic clergy and making breakthroughs, this was his divine realm, after all. As long as he wished, nothing happening internally could escape his perception.

In fact, letting these geometric aliens study Magic Power was the very result Lynn had deliberately allowed. So, after reading through the data once, he skipped the topic and instead asked when the next batch of Element No. 7 could be delivered.

Merely a planetary pasture was clearly not enough to satisfy Lynn's appetite.

The last reparation from the geometric civilization amounted to about two hundred tons of Element No. 7, which, when unfolded in low dimensions, was just enough to envelop a planet with a diameter of thirty to forty thousand kilometers. There were an additional three hundred tons of reparations that they had been delaying.

But even if all of it were to be delivered, it would likely be far from enough.

With that in mind, Lynn mentioned that researchers from the Magic Empire were very interested in Element No. 7 and might consider buying it through other forms of trade in the future.

Hearing this made Manager Mony's heart pound with terror. Having witnessed Lynn's manipulation of dimensional forces, he had elevated the Magic Empire's technological standing to the universal level. The geometric civilization might find it hard to compete and having resources the other party desired was unquestionably a dangerous signal.

"Oh, and take this back with you! Consider it a gift to the geometric civilization," Lynn said, extending his hand, pinching a sphere about one centimeter in diameter between his fingertips.

This object was a neutron ball that Lynn had spent several days bounding with strong interaction forces. While he was a bit disappointed at not being able to turn it into a black hole, he felt that the effort put in over the past few days shouldn't go to waste, so he decided to give it away as a gift.

Mony took the marble-like sphere, and the moment it was in his hand, it felt light as a feather, or rather, it seemed to have no weight at all. The surface was smooth and flawless, like a perfect mirror reflecting everything around it.

Some kind of weapon made with neutrons?

Mony immediately realized this point as the fleets of the geometric civilization used weapons that included neutron beams, and he quickly recognized them.

Yet, compared to the nano-scale diameter of a neutron beam, this sphere was much larger and felt exceptionally light in his hand, likely utilizing some kind of anti-gravity technology.

Relying on his solid technical reserves, Mony analyzed it thoroughly within a few seconds, but he was aware that since the neutron ball was a gift from the interstellar governor of the Magic Empire, it probably wasn't as simple as he had imagined.

With Lynn's permission, Mony used quantum communication for the first time in over a decade to send out a signaling message.

On the other side, the disc leaders of the mother world had just received news that the missing Planet 1700 had reappeared and were analyzing it when they received Mony's signal and hastily established communication.

Without any intention of concealment, once the communication was successfully established, Manager Mony relayed everything that had happened over these years, and transmitted some data back in the form of quantum information.

As they reviewed the data sent back, a collective shock enveloped the disc leaders. Although they had guessed that the issue with Planet 1700 had to do with dimensions, they never expected the Magic Empire actually to have moved an entire planet to a high-dimensional area.

A tenfold increase in time flow speed capable of acting directly upon an entire planet, and they couldn't even be certain that this was the limit of what the other party could achieve.

Many leaders harbored the same thought as Manager Mony, that the Magic Empire might very well be a universal-level civilization.

Lynn's expressed interest in Element No. 7 also filled them with concern. Some leaders thought that giving away Element No. 7 had been an outright mistake.

However, some disc leaders saw this as not entirely bad. Since the other side had proposed a trade, they might as well ask for some technologies that the geometric civilization urgently needed, such as the method for making Curvature Engines, to accelerate their scientific progress.

"That's impossible?!"

As the disc leaders argued whether or not to engage in this trade and what they should demand in exchange, a sudden exclamation interrupted their discussion, echoing through the room.
