Upon hearing it now, that hoarse voice should be Payne's. With both present here, either Payne is admonishing Lin Yishan to keep close watch on the host of the Summoning Ritual, namely Jeffrey, the leader of the Iron Blood Demon Hunter Group.

The person this guy truly pledged loyalty to was actually Claudia IX!
