I Am Hades, The supreme GOD of the Underworld!

Hades spoke calmly, his open hand radiating authority as Charon's soul dissolved into a beam of light. "Charon, absorb this thread of world power."

Hades and Persephone turned and departed. 

"Thank you, Your Majesty!!!" 

Charon remained kneeling for a long time before he slowly stood, gazing silently into the distance. 

Moments later. 

He withdrew his gaze. Next, he had to prepare for the arduous process ahead. More precisely, Charon needed to retreat into secluded cultivation once more. 

For Charon, falling back to the peak of Chief God after briefly entering God-King wasn't much of a setback—just a matter of a million years of cultivation.

With the world power bestowed upon him by his monarch, his path forward would be much smoother. Restoring his previous realm would now be far easier for Charon. 

He understood this well. 

With clarity and determination, he set about his task.

Hades and Persephone returned to the Pure Land of Bliss. Just as they settled upon their thrones, Erebus and Nyx, the Ancient God couple, appeared in haste. 

"Hades."

The urgency on their faces was clear.

They were deeply concerned. 

Undeniably, Charon was their child. Yet Charon was not the same as their original child, Charon.

Nyx stepped forward, her smile uncontrollable as she looked at Charon's semi-transparent, ethereal form. 

How wonderful! 

For Erebus and Nyx, especially Nyx, who cherished each of her children, this was an indescribable joy. 

Nyx's children included some born of her union with Erebus and others born solely of her own essence. Yet regardless of their origin, every child was precious to these Ancient Gods. 

From Hypnos, Thanatos, Aether, and Hemera… 

To Charon, Eris, Clotho, Lachesis, Atropos, Moros, Keres, Momus, Geras, Oizys, Nemesis, Apate, Philotes, Geras, Kakia, Eurynomos, and the 3,000 Dream Gods of the Oneiroi. 

Even considering the four Fate Goddesses as Multi-Gods… 

Each child mattered profoundly to Nyx. She could not bear the thought of harm coming to any of them.

Charon, like Charon, was also her son. 

Erebus and Nyx stood out among the Ancient Gods, even within the Greek pantheon, as uniquely devoted parents.

Hades' voice was steady, devoid of overt emotion.

Those who understood him knew well that Hades valued emotions deeply—whether love, friendship, or familial bonds. 

Hades cherished these connections and never discarded them. He knew that abandoning them was meaningless.

Hades spoke steadily: "Charon, your identity as the Master of the Sea in the Underworld is most fitting. The heavens, earth, and stars already have suitable God-Kings. You, as the Sea God-King, are the ideal choice."

This explained Hades' patience in leaving the Sea God-King position unfilled. 

Aether, Hemera, and Charon—three siblings perfectly corresponding to the celestial, terrestrial, and oceanic realms. 

As for the earth and the underworld? 

The Underworld! 

Hades had his plans, while the earthly realm remained a unique situation. Europa's emergence was an unexpected anomaly. 

Hades continued: "Charon, from this day forth, you are the fourth God-King of the Underworld World Tree and the Master of the Sea." 

"Understood!" 

"Your Majesty!" 

Charon knelt on one knee, his eyes sharp and resolute. 

Hades commanded: "Go to the Sea Realm, accept your divine power, and complete your transformation." 

"Yes!" 

Charon respectfully withdrew. 

Erebus, observing the scene, smiled without speaking. Nyx, however, softly expressed her gratitude: "Hades, thank you. For us, Charon has always been our greatest concern." 

Erebus and Nyx had always placed their children above all else. 

And! 

Charon had long weighed heavily on their hearts. 

It could be said. 

Charon's predicament had been one of the primary reasons Erebus and Nyx chose to follow Hades. They wanted their child to survive. 

As for their later unwavering loyalty? 

That was merely a testament to Hades' excellence. 

Regardless. 

Charon symbolized the convergence of destinies between Hades and the Ancient God couple. 

Hades spoke calmly: "Charon is my Underworld god. It's nothing extraordinary." 

Erebus and Nyx did not linger, leaving without further pleasantries.

The Ancient God couple had already entrusted their divine hearts to Hades. They were fully committed, leaving no room for hesitation.

With their departure, Eris also left the Pure Land. Persephone, smiling softly, teased, "My dear husband! It seems the entire family of Erebus and Nyx is now under your rule." 

Hades shook his head, saying nothing more. Yet his meaning was clear. 

It was a mutual triumph. 

Persephone chuckled and said no more, quietly awaiting the ascension of the Underworld's fourth God-King.

Unlike ordinary seas, this realm's waters were tinged with a faint darkness rather than the usual azure blue.

In an instant, Charon arrived.

The entire Sea Realm underwent a profound transformation. Boundless divine energy surged into Charon's body. The entire Sea Realm boiled with activity.

The Sea

 Realm quaked, and the Underworld once again resonated with the power of a God-King. 

At the same time! 

Charon, preparing for seclusion on the Heavenly Star, paused. With Charon's ascension as Master of the Sea, Charon also received a boost. As two aspects of a single Multi-God, their connection was inseparable. 

Even though Charon had required the world power to regain his God-King status over thousands of years, now... 

It was effortless. 

With his divine power replenished, Charon's fallen God-King realm rapidly stabilized. Divine energy flooded his being, and the world power seamlessly integrated into him.

Charon exhaled, feeling his return to the God-King realm. He shook his head, muttering: "Tsk! That Charon did something useful for once. Oh well! I suppose I'll let it go. After all, we are brothers." 

Charon dismissed the thought, seeing it as trivial.

That guy was just... himself. 

At the same time. 

In the Sea Realm of the Underworld World Tree, Charon's divine power surged. From third-tier to second-tier, and then to first-tier...
