I Am Hades, The supreme GOD of the Underworld!

"Dismissed," Hades said calmly.

"Yes!"

"Your Majesty!"

"I will take my leave!"

Pandora respectfully left the room. As she moved, the bracelet on her wrist gleamed faintly, and then her figure vanished entirely. The sensation she left behind was strikingly similar to that of Hades.

To be precise!

Pandora gave off an aura as if she were the true master of the Underworld, akin to Hades himself. This similarity wasn't a joke—it was an odd, almost unsettling feeling.

It seemed impossible, or rather, it shouldn't have been possible!

"Brother?" 

Hestia looked at her brother curiously, clearly confused by what was happening.

Hades, after a brief moment of thought, explained calmly, "Pandora was born with the duties and authority of the Underworld. Combined with the fusion of Divine Goodness and Human Evil, she embodies a perfect balance. In other words, from the moment she was created, Pandora has taken on the responsibilities of both the Underworld and the Demon Stars."

"You could say…"

"Pandora is the ideal embodiment of what the word 'Underworld' represents."

Hades spoke with a tranquil tone, but the meaning behind his words was deeply shocking.

This meant that Pandora's status would be incredibly unique. In the Underworld, Pandora theoretically stood only below Hades, holding a status equal to Persephone's.

Of course.

The underlying reason for this was because Hades, through a clever means, had shifted his duties and authority away from himself. Otherwise, Hades would have to bear all of these responsibilities personally.

Now, it was Pandora who carried all of it.

By doing this, Pandora appeared to hold an unrivaled status, but if Hades continued to thrive and prosper, everything would remain smooth.

However, if one day Hades faltered and the Underworld faced trouble...

Then everything would change, and Pandora would be abandoned without hesitation.

There should be no doubt about such an outcome.

It was entirely possible.

In Pandora's eyes, as well as in the eyes of all the gods of the Underworld, such a thing would never happen.

They all believed without question that their lord would never fail, would never falter.

This was their unshakable belief.

Because of this! 

As long as things continued as they were, Pandora would always maintain her secure position.

"This…"

Persephone, for her part, didn't mind Pandora's elevated status. She had no issues with it. After all, these were minor details in her eyes and nothing worth dwelling on.

However!

Persephone, after some thought, raised a concern: "Husband, what if a problem arises from a different angle? What if Pandora herself encounters an issue?"

Both Hestia and Eris immediately tensed up.

Indeed!

Pandora's position was so critical. But what would happen if Pandora herself were to face a problem?

That!

That would complicate everything. If such a thing were to occur, it would cause enormous losses for the entire Underworld. The difference between voluntarily pushing Pandora out in a controlled situation and having her eliminated unexpectedly would be immense.

The distinction between those two outcomes would be like night and day.

Hades, after a brief pause, explained, "Pandora represents the very essence of the Underworld itself. Unless a god with unparalleled power is able to destroy the entire Underworld in an instant, no one can truly harm Pandora."

"Pandora is human."

"But."

"In essence, Pandora is the fusion of Divine Goodness and Human Evil—a unique form of life."

"This special form prevents Pandora from cultivating, but it also allows her to perfectly merge with the Underworld."

"As a result…"

"Pandora herself can fully bear the weight of the entire Underworld, and in return, the Underworld will provide her with the protection she needs."

It was rare for Hades to speak at such length.

But!

In his words, though calm, there was a quiet confidence and pride.

Indeed!

Who in the world would have the ability to destroy the entire Underworld in a single breath?

Unless it was a god beyond the scale of the mythical universe—a god of absolute power—no one, not even the Earth Goddess, could achieve such a feat. That was beyond doubt.

This was a crucial point.

In such circumstances, Pandora was almost completely safe.

Divine Goodness!

Human Evil!

The Demon Stars!

The Underworld!

The King of the Underworld!

Practically!

All of these aspects were intertwined with Pandora's being. With the blessings of the gods, Pandora's existence was incredibly unique. In fact, it was safe to say that such a being should never have existed in the first place.

In the original myth, Pandora was created by Zeus, blessed by the gods, intended to bring both destruction and miracles. However, things had changed.

Through Hades' planning, Pandora's nature had become something far too extraordinary.

So extraordinary!

That Pandora could no longer be compared to ordinary gods, or even god-kings and Ancient Gods.

To put it bluntly.

Pandora's uniqueness made her immune to most forms of danger.

However!

There was one key point: Pandora could not take risks. The things she did must always be overwhelming, crushing her enemies completely with an unstoppable force. That was the role Pandora needed to play.

If...

Pandora were to ever be placed in a precarious situation, that would be a foolish mistake—a gamble with the entire Underworld and all its gods.

That was absolutely something that could never be allowed.

What would the outcome of such a mistake be?

Surely!

Anyone with common sense would understand that the price would be death.

The three goddesses all reflected on this. Anyone with even a little sense could see the truth of the situation.

Pandora was like the very face of the Underworld.

At all times.

Pandora represented victory, not danger or peril.

Any risk!

Even the slightest hint of danger was absolutely unacceptable.

This was of utmost importance.
