Kate was fast, she dashed weaving through the crowd on heels. Her movements frightened him thinking she would sprain her ankle but he was overthinking it.

No, it was real life and from their eyes even when they were wearing sunglasses, she could feel the intensity which was completely different from the normal people that hadn't experienced real pain.

She cursed herself for staying behind. If she only rushed out of the alley, there would be a crowd of people so the man along with his henchmen wouldn't dare to do anything to her. There was also a wide range of security cameras but the low quality hotel lacked funds to install such a thing which would only be eating at their expenses as nothing really happened in their neighborhood.

Who would have thought so many things combined would create a perfect opportunity for the man and his guards.

The man holding the camera was fighting with the guard but after getting pushed around he knew they meant business but he resisted, thr camera was shaking. The technology of stabilization wasn't available for phones yet so Samuel was relieved. But right before he could relax, he saw Kate walking to the person blocking the front and started shouting. He rushed to protect her knowing that, it was far from over. When gets like this it was hard to stop her!
