"That's right," Touta nodded toward Kuroumaru and spoke. It was obvious that Gittarackur was also curious, as Touta had recognized the technique in an instant. "It's a technique that Killua used when we were on the airship."

This was when everyone had finished the Second Phase. Touta and Kuroumaru had been sleeping in the training room on the airship due to exhaustion from continuous fighting. Although Kuroumaru was always calm and composed, at this moment, it was obvious that he was boiling with anger at the sight of his only friend's condition.

Touta stood on his feet with empty eyes, seemingly unconscious, while Kuroumaru could see Illumi's Nen flowing through all of Touta's nerves.

"You wonder what I did," Illumi said indifferently, throwing some needles at Kuroumaru while tossing more needles at Touta, specifically targeting his head. Touta's resistance to his control was astonishing, to say the least. Illumi felt he would lose control of him in less than three seconds if he didn't use more needles.

Kuroumaru didn't hesitate. He deflected Illumi's needles with his sword and jumped without hesitation toward his severed arm, reattaching it to his body. It quickly reconnected without any issues.

'Is this a special Nen ability of his?' Illumi frowned as he saw what Kuroumaru had done. He disappeared from his spot simultaneously with Touta and unleashed a barrage of deadly moves on Kuroumaru, while Touta also attacked Kuroumaru with a flurry of punches that could easily shatter any tree.

'Dodging all these attacks is impossible.' Kuroumaru was in an unenviable position, dodging the attacks of both as much as he could, but he was hit by numerous blows—enough to kill an ordinary person dozens of times over.

Suddenly, Kuroumaru disappeared and reappeared behind Illumi, who was frozen in place. His chest had been slashed three times by Kuroumaru's sword.
