HINATA IS BROKEN

Chapter 56: Chapter 56: Planning Begins, Hunting Konoha Shinobi

As Uzumaki Naruto grew stronger within the enigmatic black frame world, his actions stirred a mixture of admiration and unease among the ninja audience.

His audacious defiance of the established norms and arrogant demeanor had left many deeply unsettled. Now, the entire ninja world eagerly awaited his performance in Orochimaru's Forest of Death, a perilous test of survival and cunning. For once, even his staunch detractors hoped to see his hubris meet its match.

On the elevated platform overlooking the exam site, Sarutobi Hiruzen and Orochimaru stood side by side. Outwardly calm, their inner thoughts swirled with tension and anticipation.

Sarutobi's expression was as placid as still water, yet behind his composed facade, anxiety gnawed at him. He couldn't help but imagine the worst—a scenario where Uzumaki Naruto, wielding immense power and unchecked anger, unleashed havoc on Konoha during the impending Chūnin Exam battles.

Orochimaru, ever the enigma, had his own reservations. He knew firsthand the danger of underestimating a determined shinobi, let alone one with the Nine-Tails sealed within him. The thought of suffering humiliation at the hands of a Genin gnawed at his pride. Yet, in his heart, a sinister plan brewed, one where Naruto's power could potentially align with his ambitions.

In the Classroom – A Gathering of Rivals

In Classroom 301, the tension was palpable as shinobi from different villages gathered, their eyes alight with anticipation and thinly veiled rivalry. Amidst the murmurs of strategizing and whispered warnings, Naruto stepped into the room, his usual swagger intact.

[Just as he entered, a lazy but stern voice echoed in his mind.]

"Naruto, watch out for the guy with the gourd in front of you," the Nine-Tails rumbled, its deep voice cutting through Naruto's thoughts like a blade.

Naruto's eyes sharpened, locking onto the figure in question. It was Gaara of Sunagakure, his teal eyes cold and lifeless, with the eerie calm of a predator waiting to strike.

"Him?" Naruto muttered internally, scrutinizing Gaara with growing curiosity.

The fox's growl deepened. "Yes, that one. Be careful, kid. He's like you—he's got something sealed inside him. But let me tell you, it's not a fox like me. It's that damned raccoon."

Naruto's eyebrows rose. For the first time, the Nine-Tails sounded genuinely irked, almost as if recalling an old grudge.

---

Tension Between Jinchūriki

Naruto's gaze lingered on Gaara a little longer, taking in the boy's frail yet dangerous aura. His thin frame and dark-ringed eyes didn't make him look physically imposing, but the waves of hostility rolling off him were unmistakable.

"Ruthless," Naruto thought, a faint smile tugging at his lips. "But… he's nothing like me."

The fox scoffed. "Is that what you think? Mark my words, he's trouble. You better not let your guard down."

Naruto shrugged, unbothered by the warning. His thoughts turned inward. Though Gaara intrigued him, his focus remained elsewhere—on the greater game at hand.

---

A Fateful Greeting

As Naruto settled into his seat, a familiar voice called out to him, breaking his train of thought.

"Naruto!"

It was Yamanaka Ino, her bright smile and confident stride making her presence impossible to ignore. She plopped down beside him, the scent of her floral perfume lingering in the air.

"Why does this girl keep hovering around me?" Naruto mused, though he didn't show any outward signs of annoyance.

Their brief exchange earned a few amused glances, especially from their classmates. Ino's boldness contrasted sharply with Hyūga Hinata, who sat quietly nearby, her face a deep shade of crimson.

"Naruto-kun… he's… he's talking to her?" Hinata's thoughts raced, her hands trembling as she tried to focus on her exam sheet.

---

The Written Test Begins

The exam was unlike anything Naruto had expected. As Ibiki Morino explained the rules, the room was enveloped in an almost suffocating tension. Most of the Genin struggled with the complex questions, their pens scratching nervously against the paper.

Naruto, however, breezed through the test. His sharp mind, honed through relentless training and unconventional methods, easily dissected the problems. He completed the paper in record time, nonchalantly placing his pen down and crossing his arms behind his head.

The invigilators were stunned. Ibiki himself approached Naruto's desk, expecting to find a mess of scribbles. Instead, he saw a perfect set of answers.

"Impressive," Ibiki muttered, his respect for the boy grudgingly increasing.

The Forest of Death – Naruto's Plan Unfolds

The next stage was the infamous Forest of Death. Before entering, each team signed a waiver acknowledging the life-and-death stakes of the exam.

As Naruto handed over his signed form, a sly grin spread across his face. It was the kind of grin that sent a shiver down even the Nine-Tails' spine.

"Hey, Big Fox," Naruto said, his voice low and brimming with mischief. "I've got an idea."

The Nine-Tails growled cautiously. "What are you scheming now?"

Naruto's grin widened. "Let's have some fun. We've been pushed around for years, but now, it's our turn. Let's make Konoha pay a little… interest."

The fox's eyes gleamed with interest. "Go on."

Naruto's voice dropped to a conspiratorial whisper. "During this test, let's hunt down every Konoha ninja we can find. We'll make sure they don't pass. Break their confidence. Humiliate them."

The Nine-Tails barked out a laugh, its deep voice echoing through Naruto's mind. "You're a sly one, kid. Fine, I'm in. What's your plan called?"

Naruto's grin turned wicked. "The Chūnin Exam Dead Forest Konoha Hunting Plan."

---

Reactions from the Audience

The ninja world was left speechless.

From the high-ranking Kages to the humble Chūnin, the sheer audacity of Naruto's plan was mind-boggling.

"This brat…" murmured Onoki, the Tsuchikage. "He's got guts, I'll give him that."

Terumi Mei chuckled, though her eyes remained sharp. "Guts won't save him when he faces someone like Gaara or Orochimaru."

Sarutobi Hiruzen, meanwhile, felt a chill run down his spine. He knew Naruto's resentment towards Konoha ran deep, but he hadn't realized just how much.

In the Pure Land, Uzumaki Kushina clasped her hands together, worry etched across her face.

"Naruto," she whispered. "Please don't do anything reckless. You may hate the village, but this isn't the way…"

---

The Hunt Begins

As the gates to the Forest of Death creaked open, the participants surged forward, each team desperate to secure their scrolls and survive.

Naruto, however, moved with a calm confidence, his mind already working through the possibilities.

From the shadows, he observed his first targets—a group of Konoha ninjas too focused on their surroundings to notice his presence.

"Time to play," Naruto whispered, his grin returning.

The Nine-Tails chuckled darkly. "Show them what happens when you cross a fox."
