Chapter 20: The Monster in the Shadows

Hikigaya's method was to use his Authority to bestow the power of the sun upon the otherwise ordinary human, Haruno.

According to the original progression of this world, after Kusanagi Godou became a God Slayer in Italy, he too would gain a similar ability.
