Hero's Villain or Villain's Hero

Chapter 68: 67

"So just to be clear, you agreed to her request?" I asked as we strolled in the park leading to the Eiffel Tower, finding a bench between a birch and oleander like we were supposed to and relaxed for a little while. Kacchan just nodded, staying silent as we just basked in the sunlight of the bright sunny day.

Kacchan ended up leaning on my shoulder as we waited until a little girl came over and asked if we liked black coffee and we answered with the password.

"We prefer bourbon," the girl nodded and handed us an envelope and ran off again. I wonder if she was actually a little girl or someone using a quirk but it doesn't matter regardless. All that really matters is that we now have the envelope. We finally went all the way to the top of the tower and we even recorded a short broadcast planning to edit and stream it later, using parts of our date from the other day to fill in some places but honestly I'm just tired.

The streaming was just to give us an income and now that we are actually working heroes we have one but now that we are content creators it's difficult. It has skyrocketed our careers which was a hope but we didn't expect it on this level.

A large lemon gelato later and we were returning to the palace. Aunty and Uncle have enjoyed a lot of quality time together and I would be lying if I said Mom and Dad haven't been doing a lot of the same. I guess Kacchan and I weren't the only ones that needed a vacation.

"Ah Arsenall!" I looked up to see the queen smiling brightly before she exchanged greetings with Kacchan as well but now that I think about it her quirk is pretty complex isn't it?

"I wonder what else your quirk does?" I mumbled to myself and Kacchan groaned before elbowing me.

"Nerd out later," he teased me and I couldn't help chuckling in embarrassment.

"Arsenall and Dynamight?" The queen tried again and I smiled apologetically.

"Sorry, go ahead," I smiled at her. She's going to end up as my daughter anyway and I can't help softening towards her a little.

"We can go ahead and do the "change" tonight before you all leave. I recommend resting for a week after the fact. It's quite exhausting to have that kind of thing done," she smiled and I am reminded of the fact that this woman has been a queen for decades in the past, even hundreds of years by now.

"Dad is already excited, he was asking us before we went out when we thought we could do it," I laughed and nodded in agreement. Kacchan laid his head on my shoulder and yawned. "Where should we go now then? Our flight is in the morning so the sooner the better." She brightened considerably. The plan was to do it now so that the change would be complete and in about six months come back right before the Queen would die. I think Kacchan plans to actually give birth to her but I don't actually know for sure. I don't know much about the specifics at all and as much as I want to ask Kacchan keeps cutting me off so I'll wait until he is ready to tell me. It's probably sensitive if nothing else. Although I would feel better about it if Kacchan was her "mother" but I think I'm being too petty about it.

"Fantastic!" She quickly guided us inside and I texted Dad only to find out he was already waiting inside. I arrived in a small room with Mom and Dad inside but Dad was a little breathless, probably from running here. I wouldn't put it past him to pick mum up and run here. Once Kacchan was seated comfortably I gave both of them a hug.

"Your father is so excited," she giggled, annunciating the word father a little and Dad was beaming with pride and blushing at the same time.

"So am I, so long as our daughter's DNA still matches mine of course," I reminded and Dad nodded quickly and looked expectantly at the queen again who laughed while agreeing, telling us not to worry.

"I promise I'll have everything perfect for you. Now I need you to hold hands with Dynamite please. This way it will pass through you to him so your unborn child will be affected as well. Of course intimacy later will help the most," she instructed, winking and soon she was holding my other hand and one of Dad's too. She frowned a little and I remembered the consent thing we told her and I focused on trying to approve it and suddenly she giggled.

"All done, don't stand up too fast and make sure to get plenty of sleep," she reminded us a little breathless. "You weren't kidding about needing consent first, it took a while." I feel a little bad about forgetting for a bit but I don't say anything. If nothing else it just goes to show that it would have been impossible for her otherwise and I'm okay with that.

Dad however got really emotional and picked me up in a hug. "My boy! My little boy," I laughed at his word choice but I didn't say anything. Compared to him I'm still really little anyway.

"Well even if you're not tired, I am," Kacchan huffed and Dad quickly put me down and apologized. I think it just hit him that our daughter will in fact be his granddaughter now and he is being even more careful around Kacchan than before which made him glare at him but he didn't say anything. At least not for now. Dad was always careful about our baby but I think he was just hit again by how precious she is now that this is done with.

"About our deal," the queen hesitated and I looked up to find Kacchan smiling at her.

"Do you like the name Yuki or Kimiko?" He asked her and she smiled brightly. "Kimiko it is then. We'll use Yuki for the next one? Who knows maybe you'll have a "twin sister" by then, we'll just have to wait and see which one you are," he chuckled and my eyes widened at that.

"You already want another baby? Of course! Anything you want, anytime you want," I hugged him, already excited by the thought.

"Boys you are still in highschool," Uncle sighed and I just smiled and shrugged back at him only for him to smile in return. "I look forward to a house full of grandbabies."

"UNCLE!" I shouted but Kacchan just started laughing out loud with everyone else and I was still pouting when he calmed down enough to kiss me. The soft smile still on his lips when he did. Damn it, he really can just squeeze my heart to pieces and make me want to thank him.

"Deku," he whispered in my ear and I tilted my head for him. "I can still hear your thoughts," he chuckled and my face felt so hot.

"Don't act like you didn't already know, Tease," I pouted and enjoyed how he laughed. So much to do and so very little time to do it.
