The second that I snapped my fingers, the ice that had been surrounding the ice demon leader disappeared without a trace.

It was as if he had been cut off from whatever had been generating that ice.

He immediately narrowed his eyes to look at me, but I just calmly said with a shrug, "Do you really think that I would give you something that would let you match me? I'm not that dumb."

He continued to glare at me like this for a bit, but then he gave up since he knew that I was right.

Only a fool would give a tool to someone that wanted to defeat them and I clearly wasn't a fool.

"Can you guarantee that there are more of these crystals?" The ice demon leader slowly asked me this to the surprise of the other ice demons.

After hearing this, the other ice demons couldn't help looking at the crystal that I gave him. They wanted to see what was so special about it, but the looks on their faces showed that they had no idea.

But the ice demon leader didn't seem to care about this as he was looking at me.

It was as if the only answer that mattered was the answer that I gave him.

So I just simply took out another crystal that looked exactly the same as the one that I had given him.

The moment that the ice demon leader saw this, his eyes immediately lit up and said, "As long as you can guarantee a supply of these crystals, then we will follow your master."

"Tch." I couldn't help clicking my tongue when he said this, to which the ice demon leader couldn't help knitting his brows when he heard this.

"Is something wrong? Are you not happy with this condition? If it's too much, then we'll just ask that you give us some of these crystals every month. Just enough that all of our warriors receive them." The ice demon leader started to panic when he heard this.

I knew why he was panicking since he had misunderstood the clicking of my tongue.

He thought that I was annoyed because he had been asking for a supply of these crystals as if he was in a position to make a demand.

But the reason that I was actually annoyed was that he actually called that idiot demon my master.

I most certainly would never serve that idiot demon.

Only it wasn't as if I could say that out loud since I was currently posing as a delegate from the demon king.

The ice demon leader had a very confused look on his face when he heard this, but then he decided that it was more important to get the crystals.

"We'll follow the demon king." The ice demon leader said in a decisive voice to the surprise of the other ice demons.

The moment that this snap rang out, there was a change that came from the crystal as ice formed on the hand of the ice demon leader again. But this time, he didn't let it go to his head and he didn't try to attack me again.

Instead, he just showed the crystal to the others to show them what it was capable of.

When they felt the effects of the crystal, they immediately understood why the ice demon leader had agreed.

There were even some of them that had the same idea as the ice demon leader once they felt the power that came from the crystal. However, those ideas quickly faded as soon as I snapped my finger and cut off the power of the crystals.

Once they understood this, they understood why the ice demon leader submitted.

At the same time, they looked at the second crystal that I was holding with a look of longing.

Since they had agreed to the terms and understood that they couldn't do anything to me, I didn't hesitate to toss it over to them.

After they picked it up, the ice demons started sharing the power that came from the crystal to make themselves stronger.

I raised a finger and condensed a flame before shooting it into the ground to create a symbol. After creating this symbol, I said, "They will be showing you this symbol, so you'll know that they are working for the demon king."

The ice demon leader nodded to show he understood before saying, "Do you wish to meet the rest of our tribe to know how many of us there are?"

I shook my head and said, "It doesn't matter how many there are, they will be able to transport you all. I'm leaving now."
