Hero For Lust

Chapter 164: Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties

"Here King, you dropped this."

Genos handed King a thirty-page laminated binder titled: 'Threat Assessment & Itinerary Optimization for Operation: Caspian's Pre-Marriage Celebration.'

"I tried to..."

"What?"

"Nothing."

Genos grew serious. "King, as assistant to the best man — me — you need to have this memorized by the time we arrive at our first stop."

Nothing could go wrong today. It was his master's bachelor party.

Where is everyone?

King and him had been standing outside the party limousine for ten minutes, waiting for everyone to arrive.

"I'm going to go in and start reading this..."

"Good."

Genos didn't wave him off.

Another minute passed before footsteps sounded. "Enough taste to rent a limousine instead of a bus, at least."

Sweet Mask strode over wearing a tailored suit.

"You are late."

"I got caught up at breakfast..."

"Fine. Go on in. King is seated inside."

Genos couldn't believe the disrespect being shown toward his master. Everyone knew the scheduled time, yet they still arrived late.

Squeal

The next arrival slammed on their brakes, stopping mere feet away from him.

"Mumen Rider, what excuse do you have?"

"Sorry, I had to do maintenance on my bike."

"Why did you even bring your bike? You live less than a minute away at walking speed."

"Leave my home without my functioning bike? I would rather die!"

Genos sighed and motioned him in.

Minutes passed.

"Charanko, I don't need to hear your excuse. You will be the driver today."

"W-What? I'm not certified to drive a vehicle like this."

"You learn best by doing. Get in there." Genos handed him the keys and pushed him inside.

"Haha! We have arrived on time."

Not even close.

He turned around to see Boros, Kombu Infinity, Gunner, and Suppon.

"Good to see you four. Caspian will be surprised to see you all. Now head on inside."

"Five," Boros corrected.

"What?"

From behind Boros stepped a man in a white lab coat.

"Dr. Genus. You came."

"Yes. I would not miss this event."

"He will be pleased, no doubt. Now all of you head inside."

Boros should have enough headroom...

Less than thirty seconds passed before an unlikeable voice made itself known.

"Where is Caspian?"

"That is none of your concern. Be honored you were invited."

"You will be honored when I take your life!"

A sound which signaled his master's arrival stopped the one-sided slaughter Genos planned to enact on Sonic.

"Sorry, I'm lat—"

"Master! You made it right on time."

"My fated rival!" Sonic leaped high and withdrew a huge shuriken bathed in electricity. "'Lightning Wrapped Dragon Guided Widespread Exploding Giant Shuriken!'"

As expected of his master, he casually sent it flying off into a building before it detonated in an explosion filled with bolts of lightning.

Panicked screams sounded in the distance.

Genos gave Caspian a well-deserved high-five. "Excellent throw master. It's time for us to go."

"Wait! Don't leave without me!"

Genos turned to see the latest arrival. "Suiryu. How could you do this to your brother-in-law? Do you know how long he's been waiting?"

Suiryu laughed and rubbed the back of his head. "Sorry. Between the New Neo Heroes and working to restore the Dojo, I—"

"Nothing more than excuses. Do I need to contact Lin Lin?"

"Please don't!"

Va'thera would do her absolute best today as she waited in the lobby.

She remembered what Caspian had done for her. Now she was determined to give his seven wives-to-be the best bachelorette party ever.

A pang of jealousy ran through her. Getting married and pregnant… that's exactly what she wanted. Not for her race, but for her and King alone. Now that 'God' was no more, she was free from her duties and could move ahead.

I'm not too far behind.

Her pearl-colored eyes flicked to the engagement ring on her finger. Hopefully, the morning, afternoon, and night activities proved fruitful.

"Va'thera."

"Ah. Lin Lin, have they arrived?"

This girl was a welcome surprise. With Caspian's future sister-in-law present, they had a shared connection rather than being total strangers.

Best they meet today, considering their kids would grow up together.

There were four others yet to arrive. Each had important ties to Caspian through their partners.

One with long blonde hair and another with dark hair in twin tails stepped through the glass double doors.

"Shadow Ring, Do-S, have you both read the itinerary?"

"Yes. Who would not?" Shadow Ring asked.

"Oops~ Breakfast took a long time to finish..."

Va'thera's mind burned as she calculated all variables of her theory about the five women. Her research revealed that the way they met their partners felt inexplicably orchestrated. Was it Caspian who guided each couple together, or something else?

"He's Boros' dearest friend, big sister. You need to learn that there are a lot of decent humans."

"I'll try."

The final two arrived: Reptera and Raptora.

"Hi you two. Now that we're all here, we can go pick them up."

Particles fell over each of them like snow and then teleported them to the start of the bachelorette party.

King stood between Charanko and Mumen Rider, with Gunner, Kombu Infinity, and Suppon nearby.

The room originally was a two-story labyrinth covered in near darkness. Harsh light from hidden ultraviolet sources bled across every surface, making any scrap of white or neon blaze with unnatural brightness. On the ground floor was a maze of massive concrete pillars and chain-link fence barricades. White fog floated across the ground, making it difficult to keep a line of sight.

Now it lay in ruins.

From Caspian, Genos, Sonic, Sweet Mask, Suiryu, and Boros.

King couldn't see them moving at all, just lasers firing constantly.

"My fated rival! How dare you dodge my laser at point-blank range!"

"I won't let you fire your laser loads at master!"

"Haha! So this is how the average human plays laser tag!"

Not at all, King thought.

"Must I be the only beautiful thing in this ugly room?"

"A real fight is more fun, but hey, at least the lights make me look good!"

What?

Those beside King were all 'out.' He, however, still hadn't been hit once. Walking from one end of the room to the other didn't work. Nothing he could do about it in the end.

Then there was Dr. Genus, who had taken a keen interest in him and was marveled at his 'luck.' After getting shot in laser tag, he said he had to run out to the limo to run some tests.

One hour later...

"Master, I will file a complaint regarding the structural durability of this building. It is unacceptable that it collapsed!"

King followed the group across the parking lot, wondering.

Can the city withstand what is about to befall it?

"Man, what a day."

He entered through the front door, headed down the long hallway, past the kitchen, and into the living room where he was met with the sight of his seven weary beauties asleep on the couch.

What kind of bachelorette party can tire them out?

"You." He returned to reality when a finger started stabbing into his chest.

"Tats, you were awake. Have fun today?"

She expressed a look he almost tricked himself into believing was fear.

"What's her deal? That Va'thera. Do you know..." Tatsumaki snuggled her cheek against his chest. "...how many times she asked to touch our bellies and then pressed her pointy ears against them? How long does she believe us to be along? We're still us!"

Caspian combed his fingers along the back of her head softly. "Did you ask her to stop?"

"Well..."

"No, she did not. Every time she attempted to, Va'thera gave her praise. Whether that be how cute her wedding dress is, how good of a hero she is based on praise from a certain rank one hero, how great of a mother she'll make, how strong your seed—"

"Enough, Wavy!"

"Took you long enough to stop me."

Caspian watched his blonde-haired idol get up from the couch and saunter over in her long-sleeve pink pajama set.

"Take me to the master bedroom, Caspian. I want you to hold me," Tatsumaki said in a soft tone.

In the mansion they called home, everyone had their own private room, while he would sleep in the master bedroom with Mosquito Girl and whoever else wanted to. He dreamed of all eight of them sleeping together on this emperor-sized bed, and to his joy, that dream would come true in one week.

His seven fiancees had agreed that a certain event must take place before they would all sleep in the same bed and truly share in the love they had for each other.

"Right... you two have a good night," Wavygyaza said.

How could Caspian not notice the 'sacrifice' she was trying to make? That smile on her face was the most obvious veil he'd ever seen.

"Wait." He caught her hand. "There can be none of that."

"N-None of what?"

Tatsumaki separated and looked back at her. "You getting hurt by your own foolish actions. Look at you. Why are you biting your lip?

It's obvious you wanted to sleep in bed with him as well. Just say so instead of bottling up what you want. We have to be honest with each other. If you let negative emotions like this linger, they will turn into something far worse.

Do not sabotage what we have because of hormones going mad from pregnancy! Please. I-I want you to sleep with us too."

Wavygyaza was stunned stiff.

Caspian pulled his idol into him right beside Tatsumaki.

Everyone is getting so worked up these days. Though if it helps push potential problems to the light like this, then we should embrace it.

The months to come, I imagine, will have plenty more moments like this.

"Do you not want to join us, Wavy?"

Her emotional state became clear when steam rose from her figure and then the outburst—

"I-I'm sorry! I want to!"
