Hero For Lust

Chapter 120: Here We Go Again

Psykos would never call herself a prude.

Sure, she might be a virgin. But not allowing any male to disgrace her body was something she took great pride in.

Perhaps, just perhaps, the sight of Caspian and Mosquito Girl together stirred her arousal. She could admit that much, at least to herself. Though her outward reactions were... intentionally exaggerated.

But arousal, out of all she felt, ranked dead last.

Psykos desired more than all else to kill him, Caspian. She dreamt of ripping his insides out of him while he begged for life. Imagined his spine snapping between her fingers, his screams muffled by blood.

As the duo's carnal dance continued — her desire turned to a wish of fervent desperation.

To think then, when she needed it most, a savior capable of granting her wish appeared.

Psykos levitated at the foot of the bed. Incapable of freeing herself from the binding ropes of gravity.

But then her vision blanked for a split-second before she witnessed a divine sight.

Eh? What? This is…?

She found herself alone in a nebulous void, a mere fleck against the immensity of a writhing celestial mass. No ground beneath her, no wind, no sound. Nothing but the slow churning motion of an impossibly vast entity above her.

How could she put this spectacle into words?

Brain cells…

The structural diagram of the universe… It even resembled the surface of Jupiter.

Something like 'God…'

Time around her ceased. And it looked into her. It spoke to her.

"'I shall grant thee…'"

Fear.

A feeling she hadn't grasped properly until now.

"'…a grander portion of divine potence. What you must do, you should know.'"

Mysterious power.

The counterbalance to her fear flowed into her.

Enlightenment as to her destiny percolated her mind.

In that instant, her 'Third Eye' awoke to the Cosmos — and with it, she grasped the weave of all causes and effects.

Caspian, buried still in Mosquito Girl's hot folds, canted his head. Tatsumaki and Wavygyaza hovered beside an unblinking Psykos.

"Uh, I can explain."

"Don't bother Caspian. You mosquito, what happened to our 'plan?' And what's with your skin?" Tatsumaki asked with a strange expression.

"Oops… I had an emergency." Mosquito Girl rolled her hips. "Mmm, see?"

Emerald-green aura wreathed around her.

"N-No!"

Tatsumaki paid Mosquito Girl's mournful cry no mind — lifting her into the air.

"It's not fair! It's going to spill out! Y-You diverged from the 'plan' too!"

What plan?

A mixture of his semen and her nectar poured out of her parted entrance.

"Hmph!" Tatsumaki flicked her fingers: Mosquito Girl's clothes instantly made their way back onto her naked form. "I caught this little hussy cheating on Caspian."

Caspian's gaze fell onto the silent scarlet-faced idol. Whose pink eyes stared distractedly at his erect length.

Cheating on me…? We aren't in a relationship. But…

"Mhmm!" Wavygyaza thrashed about.

Mosquito Girl drew a sharp breath. "How could you?!"

"Why isn't she talking?" Caspian asked.

Tatsumaki's response came as a minute motion of her hand.

"Why am I here?! Who are these people!? Cheating? Me? On who!? If you mea—mhmm!"

"See. She's too loud."

He nodded. "Understandable. What man?"

"Some feral mongrel. Looked like an injured wolf, honestly."

Poor Garou.

Mosquito Girl found her chance to cut in and asked, "Tats, why haven't you greeted the final one?"

"Final one?" Tatsumaki looked at Psykos. "Hmm, wait, I recognize her! I w—"

The room's atmosphere fluctuated.

Caspian's perception altered. Stilling all around him. With a fleetness, his arms shot up: one generating a large hyperspace gate — the other firing three 'Gravity Tethers.' One for Tatsumaki, Mosquito Girl, and Wavygyaza.

Two surprises greeted him as he hurled the three women toward the gate. First — Tatsumaki's piercing gaze kept locked on his until the closing gate swallowed her. The second...

"Yes. You would make said decision each and every time."

Psykos blinked out of existence, reappearing a meter away, free from her binding. His current perception unable to slow her in the slightest.

"So, you had a fervent, desperate desire?"

"I did. At present, I hold the strength to rend away your life."

Cosmic Psykos… Ah, here we go again.

Her form remained unchanged — save for her eyes. Where spring-green irises once shone, now swirled a featureless void alive with multihued galaxies, nebulae, and stars.

"Here is not the place of your grave. Follow. You can imagine where, no, you know where. Infinite chains of causation always lead there."

Psykos vanished into thin air.

For her to despise me so deeply... Is my will's influence real? Or has 'God' been the one influencing others? Why? To distract me? To give me a weakness?

He knew answers wouldn't come today. One wrong question could turn Psykos into a statue of salt.

But even if 'God's' manipulations influenced them, his resolve wavered none. After rescuing Psykos, he will show the seven of them the whole truth. Freeing them from all influence, even his own... if he could. If he wasn't wrong about everything.

No sense wasting another thought on the topic.

Caspian glanced at his naked fist, smiling. How could he not? It was the cure for her 'God-inflicted' ailment.

"'There,' huh? I won't need clothes at least. I will later though." He sent them away through a small gate.

And then his fists collided: The action birthed a large hyperspace gate which swallowed him whole. Landing him there with a slap of his bare feet on jagged rock.

Before him, atop a hill of stone, Psykos hovered — silhouetted against Jupiter's spiraling scrutiny. The planet's great red observing eye cast her in sepia fire. From there she gazed down at him, not as a challenger, but as a higher being, insurmountable.

"It's only fitting I use one hand here." Caspian stretched his naked body. "Well then, don't dally, bring it on."

Psykos, unfazed, said, "My 'Third Eye' no longer displays a chaotic web of black, skewed timelines crossing in all directions.

No, now I can view all futures with crystal clear clarity.

I can see all endings in our battle.

But one.

The one future ending I cannot perceive.

Yet, I know what its end entails…

A true ending.

Your ending."
