The extent of damage was determined by factors such as each side's attack power, endurance, and resistances, but perhaps even more significant than these was the advantage or disadvantage of attributes.
According to Merus, the only attributes that could just about withstand the Immortal attribute were the Sacred and Abyssal Dark attributes.
For Andrey, with his Earth attribute, the increase in damage due to attribute differences seems to outweigh his durability and resistances.
Allen analyzed that the debuffs inflicted by Luck and the others were exacerbating the damage Andrey is taking.

Allen also joined the fray as he used the «Magic Eater» with his sword, stealing away opponnet's mana, or spiritual power if there was it. He had noticed via Kuwataro's «Appraisal» that while Andrey would appear in his prime state, completely healed using earth's healing power, his spiritual power however remained unrecovered.
Since it appeared it was going to be a battle of attrition, then it would be best to steal away his spiritual power, leaving him with no fuel to use skill, making it easier to take him down.

Andrey had been spending most of his time healing his own health amid the relentless attacks from vanguard and rearguard. They still had about one hour to take Andrey down.

Allen had immediately used appraisal at the first sight of change and his guess was right. Andrey's status had greatly increased.

Andrey raised his both legs, jumping up, and then fell own bell shell-first against the stone floor.
