Hello, I’m MelodyCode, a newbie who just joined Fever Guild and participated in the preliminaries.

As mentioned in the post currently trending on the scandal board, I was the one who had Jeo Jolryeoyo’s staff.
But I never wanted that weapon in the first place, and I honestly think it’s a relief that the staff is now back with its rightful owner.

After hearing my voice on Discord for the first time, the Guildmaster started constantly asking for my personal information, telling me to send photos, and asking questions like “Do you have a boyfriend?”—things completely unrelated to the game.
When I told him to stop because I didn’t want to answer, he said I was being oversensitive and called me a “killjoy.” Even ◈ Nоvеlіgһт ◈ (Continue reading) then, he didn’t stop asking similar questions.

This is the guild chat when the staff was first given to me. As you can see in the screenshot, I refused because it was way too good of a weapon for a newbie like me, and I felt burdened. The Guildmaster was the one who insisted.

In the end, I was forced to accept the staff, but once I had it, the Guildmaster kept acting like I had to repay the favor. At the same time, other guild members kept criticizing why such an expensive weapon was given to a newbie—despite the fact that I hadn’t even wanted it.

This is the guild chat reaction right after I said I dropped the staff. You can tell from reading it that even though no one outright blamed me, they clearly weren’t happy.
I was already planning on leaving Fever Guild, and the staff was nothing but a useless burden to me. So honestly, I was grateful that Jeo Jolryeoyo took it off my hands.
I’ve left Fever Guild now, and I have no intention of ever being involved with them again.

This post is just me writing down my thoughts about the staff, so comments are closed. I’ll delete it in a few days.

Though she seemed uncomfortable, MelodyCode came over without much protest.
Since the square was crowded with players, I opened a party window for a more private chat. MelodyCode quickly joined and sent a greeting first.

What’s with that cheerful emoticon greeting? Was that really her personality?

Well damn. Now I understood why Gugusudal, who was still spying from inside Fever, had said MelodyCode was nice and kind.

Sure, this way she wouldn’t make any unnecessary enemies. A smart choice.
‘Guess it’s less “social skills” and more just plain sociable.’
That thought made me glance at Yu Chae still stuck to my side.

Come to think of it, here was someone who desperately needed social skills. It made me wonder: what kind of life had Yu Chae lived to end up with that steamrolling personality?
Maybe he was the youngest child pampered in some filthy rich family? Otherwise, how else could he just do whatever he wanted like that?
