He tossed a universe energy recovery elixir and a healing pill he had made towards Lian Yu.

The latter grabbed it, and gobbled it down.

In a moment, he recovered completely, regaining his former healthy demeanor.

"No worries. If there's anyone to thank, thank my father. If not for him, I'm sure you are well aware that those who cross me do not experience a good end. It's all water under the bridge."

Lian Yu knew Kailen was telling the truth.

He was well aware about how this senior brother had stirred up trouble between the Harkers and the Darkhavens the moment he arrived in the capital, even going to the extent of making Zane Harker commit suicide before her own parents, and almost inciting a clan war between the two clans.

Also, the way he brutally killed those who crossed him during the entrance exams for the first years was a testament of his ruthlessness.

He felt a wave of relief wash over him as he stared at Kailen.

The moment Kailen and Lian Yu descended from the mountain, all gazes traced towards them.

The whole place turned completely silent for a moment.

Kailen shook his head, turning to leave as he had more important things to talk about with Lian Yu than waste his time with annoying idiots, when the voice of Tyrax rung in his ear, straightforward, with no pleasantries, cutting directly to the point:
