Hate me, Miss Witch!

Chapter 100 I Miss You So Much (Two-in-One)_2

However, in the next moment, the only response Guderian received was that languid and husky female voice.

"Sorry, Borgia Family Head, but you've been blacklisted by our establishment."

"Blacklisted?" Guderian repeated the somewhat baffling term.

It took him a long moment to understand the implication in Augutina's tone, and he frowned slightly. "Are you concerned about my ability to afford Deathbringer Angel Level secret information?"

"Although I indeed cannot return to the Empire in the short term, as the Family Head, I still possess ample funds and Sacred Relic jewelry."

"It's not for such a superficial reason."

Augutina paused briefly. "If I must give a reason, it's probably because you've provoked our VIP guest."

Listening to Augutina's casual and perfunctory words, Guderian's heart sank bit by bit.

But how could this be possible? Even though he still didn't understand the term "VIP," with his Legendary spiritual power and analytical skills, how could he possibly fail to detect the implication in Augutina's perfunctory words?

The "absolute neutrality" maintained by the Dark Shadow Council was an iron law in the Western Continent's Transcendent world.

This organization never had any taboos, nor did they care about worldly moral opinions—

As long as the price was right, they would unscrupulously sell any information—even something as trivial as 'what color undergarments a Cardinal of a theocratic kingdom wore today'—and its authenticity was guaranteed.

As if she had seen right through Guderian's thoughts, the woman shrouded in a veil of night extended a slender, pale finger.

"The Dark Shadow Council has never actually been neutral."

"Your supposed 'absolute neutrality' only existed because I didn't care."

The husky female voice echoed in the illusory night sky of the Astral Realm.

"But—"

"Today, I am very unhappy."

As immense fear suddenly surged within him, the husky voice had barely begun to echo when Guderian swiftly activated a Sacred Relic.

As the Family Head of Borgia, Guderian valued his life more than anyone; he carried a plethora of exceedingly rare Sacred Relics, many of which could even be effective in battles between Legendary individuals.

But it was useless.

Guderian watched, eyes wide, as the activated Sacred Relic in his hand dimmed and then vanished.

Next, his right hand began to disappear, inch by inch, the erasure spreading rapidly up his arm and then his body, impossible to stop.

A flash of shock crossed Guderian's eyes. "You too..."

The Borgia Family Head's words were abruptly cut off.

In the next instant, his form, his flesh, even his very outline, seemed like a pencil sketch being quietly erased by an eraser.

Then, the being once known as Guderian Borgia vanished into the night, leaving not a single trace.

In the heart of the night, the black-veiled woman merely withdrew her pale finger, not even glancing in the direction where Guderian had been erased.

It was as if what the night had just erased was not a Legendary Beastmaster who had once challenged for a Throne, but merely an insignificant ant.

Her eyes, dark as the night itself, gazed through the misty, dreamlike veil towards some distant point beyond the Astral Realm.

A long moment passed before Augutina finally let out a deep sigh.

Her voice held the clarity of a young girl's, yet it was tinged with a huskiness that seemed to have traversed long ages.

"How fortunate..."

"The little girl who ran away…"

「Main Material Plane, Imperial Capital Camelot, Hall of Oaths.」

Shiayar, of course, had no way of knowing what had transpired in the depths of the Astral Realm. Or rather, even if he had known, he was in no state of mind to concern himself with it at that moment.

The great hall was utterly silent.

Only the girl with silver hair and silver eyes remained, bathed in the twilight glow. And in the depths of Shiayar's heart, a voice only he could hear whispered, "Brother Shiayar, long time no see."

I have to admit, Shiayar thought, I'm a bit numb right now.

Although the banquet had been full of twists and turns, overall, it had still proceeded within his expectations and plans.

Only this final outcome was completely beyond Shiayar's expectations.

After emerging from the Azure Garden Dukedom's Echo of History, Shiayar had collected information and verified his suspicions: it hadn't been a mere reflection of the past, but a genuine historical event.

And the legendary figure from the ancient texts, the founder of the White Tower known as the Gray-Silver Witch, had to be the girl he had met in the Echo of History.

But... Shiayar thought. In the real world, the White Tower Master had, after all, been missing without a trace for five hundred years.

So, even Shiayar hadn't anticipated that the Gray-Silver Witch, who should have vanished into the annals of history, would appear before him like this.

Moreover, she was far more powerful than Shiayar had imagined. Guderian, a seasoned Legendary, had been severely injured by just two of her magic words.

Of course, that wasn't the main point.

The crucial thing was, based on his experiences in the Echo of History, the Silvia standing before him now should still remember how he had betrayed her.

However, facing a somewhat stiff Shiayar, Silvia gave him no chance to catch his breath.

"Don't you dare pretend to have amnesia or act like you don't know me."

"I've secretly investigated all of Brother Shiayar's public information in the Imperial Capital, and I witnessed the entire banquet from the sidelines."
