Harry Potter: Toji Potter

Chapter 135: A most polite attempt at a Kidnapping

The knock on the door was soft.

Naruto blinked.

Harry glanced at the door, then at Naruto.

Jiraiya furrowed his brows. "You expecting someone, kid?"

Naruto shook his head. "Nope."

The knock came again, patient and composed.

Harry, with his heightened senses, already knew who was standing outside. The immense, well-restrained chakra signature, the eerie, controlled presence—there was no mistaking it. He exchanged a glance with Jiraiya, who also seemed to have caught on.

Naruto, completely oblivious, opened the door.

Standing in the dimly lit hallway was Itachi Uchiha. Dressed in the dark cloak of the Akatsuki, red clouds swirling against the black fabric, he looked just as calm and unreadable as ever. His deep crimson Sharingan spun lazily, though his posture was entirely non-threatening.

Itachi gave a small, polite nod.

"Good evening," he said, his tone smooth and courteous. "I've come for Naruto. If you would be so kind as to hand him over, I promise we will not harm him."

Naruto's brain short-circuited. "H-Huh?"

Harry, without missing a beat, reached forward and gently pulled Naruto back inside. "No," he replied just as politely, before shutting the door in Itachi's face.

A long silence followed.

Jiraiya pinched the bridge of his nose, muttering, "Oh boy."

Naruto looked between them, confused. "Wait, did I just—? Was that—? Did I just close the door on Itachi freakin' Uchiha?!"

Before anyone could answer, the door slowly creaked open again.

Itachi stood there, unfazed. "I'm afraid that was not a request."

Before anyone could respond, an explosion tore through the wall to the side. Dust and debris filled the room as a massive blue-skinned, shark-like man burst through, sending shattered wood and stone everywhere.

Kisame Hoshigaki, grinning widely, hefted his massive Samehada sword onto his shoulder. "Why are you being so damn polite, Itachi? Just take the brat and—"

Harry sighed.

They had been practicing chakra control. Naruto had just been improving his rotation for the Rasengan. Now, these guys wanted to barge in, uninvited, wrecking the place?

Unacceptable.

Harry rose to his feet, brushing the dust off his robes. "Alright," he said, voice low and chilling, "I was being polite." His emerald eyes gleamed with a dangerous light. "But breaking down my wall? That's just rude."

Kisame charged first, his Samehada humming with chakra absorption. With a grin, he swung the massive blade straight for Harry's head.

Harry didn't open his eyes.

Instead, his chakra spread outward like a massive sensory web, mapping everything in the room with precision. He tilted his head slightly, evading the attack by a hair's breadth. Kisame's grin faltered.

Harry moved like a shadow, twisting just enough to avoid a brutal backhand swing. His chakra sharpened like a blade, condensing into a focused shockwave that he unleashed with a flick of his wrist.

BOOM!

Kisame was blasted backward, crashing through the remains of the wall he had already destroyed.

"Oi, Kisame," Itachi said casually, watching his partner pick himself up from the rubble. "You seem to be struggling."

Kisame spat out some dust and grinned. "Yeah, yeah, this guy's something else."

"Glad you noticed," Harry muttered. He disappeared in a blur, reappearing behind Itachi in an instant. Without missing a beat, the Uchiha pivoted and raised both arms in a block, countering Harry's attack with minimal movement.

A gust of wind shot out as the two exchanged rapid-fire blows, their speed so fast that Naruto couldn't even see them moving.

Harry was impressed. Itachi was really good. But Harry was better.

With one final strike, Harry's chakra flared, overwhelming the entire area with his presence. The oppressive weight of Death itself bore down on the battlefield, forcing even Itachi to take a step back.

Kisame shivered. "The hell is this pressure…?"

Harry, eyes still closed, smirked. "Not so fun when you're the ones being hunted, huh?"

Itachi exhaled slowly. He placed a hand on Kisame's shoulder. "We're leaving."

Kisame blinked. "What? But—"

Itachi shook his head. "We've lost the element of surprise. There's no point in continuing this fight."

Kisame groaned but obeyed. "Tch, fine."

With that, the two Akatsuki members disappeared, vanishing into the night.

Just as the dust settled, a new figure sprinted into the destroyed inn.

Sasuke Uchiha.

His Sharingan blazed with fury as he locked eyes with Itachi—just before his older brother disappeared.

"SASUKE!!" Naruto shouted in surprise.

Sasuke, however, had only one focus.

"You—!!" he growled, eyes filled with pure hatred.

Itachi, just before leaving, gave Sasuke one final glance. His Mangekyō Sharingan swirled.

In an instant, Sasuke collapsed, trapped in Tsukuyomi.

Inside the illusion, Itachi's cold voice echoed:

"You lack hatred."

Sasuke's mind shattered as he was forced to watch the Uchiha Massacre on repeat, each moment stretching into eternity.

Before anyone could react, a green blur shot into the battlefield.

Might Guy.

"YOSH! Fear not, my comrades, for I have arrived!" he announced dramatically.

Jiraiya stepped into the room, arms crossed, taking in the destruction. He let out a long sigh. "Well, looks like I missed all the fun."

Guy hoisted the unconscious Sasuke onto his back. "I'll take him back to Konoha."

Jiraiya nodded. "Do that." He turned to Harry and Naruto. "We're leaving. We've got a Sannin to find."

Harry, dusting himself off, grumbled, "About time."

Naruto looked at the wreckage of their room. "...Who's gonna pay for all this?"

Jiraiya gave him a cheeky grin. "Don't worry, kid. Just put it on the tab of the next Hokage."

As night fell, the trio arrived at a bustling restaurant. The aroma of sake and grilled meat filled the air. At a corner table sat a beautiful blonde woman, drinking heavily, a small pig beside her.

Jiraiya smirked. "Found her."

Naruto leaned forward. "That's Tsunade?"

Harry raised a brow, taking in her impressive chakra reserves. "Interesting."

Jiraiya took a step forward, grinning. "Well then, let's go make a Hokage."
