Both Legion-0 and the other twelve clones increased in size and power. They gained power by cheating and using the existence of a world god as a foundation for their power.

Legion-4 felt emotional about it. He said, "Just one world god and our power increased from 228,096 to 912,384. How glorious. How wonderful."

The two options have their advantages and disadvantages. Forcing a Supreme Origin god is easier since a Supreme Origin god doesn't have enough strength to resist them.

The only thing they have to worry about when turning a Supreme Origin god into a beneficiary of Legion-0 is the void universe, but the Will of the void universe can be tricked, so they can deal with that problem.

The disadvantage is that they will need realm heart fragments and Cosmic energy to deceive the void universe when turning a Supreme Origin god into a useful member of Legion-0.

Whereas a world god won't need so much since they already have a world and they won't need to deceive the void universe for it. A world god is already a finished product that they can snack on directly without the need to prep them.

The main problem they will have with a world god is that they will be more difficult to subdue compared to a Supreme Origin god. It will still be easy to subdue a world god; it will just require more work.

Eventually they decided to go after Supreme Origin gods for the reason that Supreme Origin gods are more numerous than world gods and also easy to find.

World gods are difficult to find in the vast void universe. They could be anywhere in the dark side of the void universe, while Supreme origin gods are usually on immortal continents.

What's more, the dark side of the void universe is bigger than the world of manifestation. So to look for world gods is to look for needles in a haystack compared to searching for Supreme origin gods.
