The party at the cultural center ended and the fans left one after another. Only Shiori and her two roommates were at the door.

They waited for more than ten minutes, and Takumi returned.

"Do you seem very happy?"

Shiori noticed the joy on her face, and her eyes reflected a slight sadness. 'How could he be happy to see a beautiful woman without saying goodbye?'

"Yes, it's true."

Takumi smiled. I was really very happy. After all, he had found Miyuki. She was the second regret of her previous life, and now this regret had been resolved.

He discovered that there was something strange under Shiori's feet.

"What's wrong with you?"

"It's okay, only the heel is broken."

Shiori took two steps to prove that her feet were not hurt.

Takumi breathed a sigh of relief: "They already did it backstage!"

He guessed the answer and said with a smile, "Come back later, we'll have dinner together, and by the way, I'll buy you another pair of shoes."

He was in a good mood today and didn't mind spending a little more. As always, Shiori would have refused, but now she seemed annoyed, so she didn't.

"Okay."

The two roommates were surprised: "Shiori, there is night study!"

"No problem, I'll call the professor and he'll agree."

Shiori looked very unconcerned. 'The professor has always been tolerant of her, and it is impossible that she can not even ask permission.'

But they didn't go anywhere else. There are restaurants and shoe stores everywhere in Osaka. There is a pedestrian street near the cultural center. Takumi took the three girls out to dinner, and then bought shoes for Shiori at a well-known brand shoe store.

It was 7:00 p.m. when they bought the shoes, and the sky was getting dark. The street lights were on and the people going out to shop did not decrease. The four young ladies were very happy, and Shiori's depression disappeared. He walked to the bus stop with the new shoes he had bought.

"Take off these shoes and put on new ones."

She was still wearing a broken heel. Takumi saw that she was walking a little crooked and couldn't help but say:

"I don't need it now, I'll put them on tomorrow." Shiori disagreed. He liked new shoes very much, but he didn't want to owe anyone a favor: "Takumi, if someone bullies you in the future, tell me to beat them up!"

After thinking about it, Shiori thought that strength was the best way to return the favor.

"Then there's no need."

Takumi smiled and shook his head. I had no intention of competing with the others. After thinking about it for a while, he said, "I'll compose the music in the future, and you can help me sing it."

He thought that Shiori sang very well and that it was still worth continuing to cooperate.

But Shiori refused.

"Singing is fine, but forget about performances like today's." The girl complained, "There's too much noise. I don't like this kind of noise. It's better to be silent."

"Silence?"

Takumi raised her eyebrows: "You are the best in the high school entrance exam, and you came to Osaka alone. I thought you liked the lively atmosphere."

"That's what my parents asked for!" Shiori pouted and explained, "They have a lot of expectations placed on me. I don't like this city, especially after having arrived...".

She looked at the illuminated streets, and the dense crowd irritated her: "I am not fit to live in the city. It's too loud."

"This is your world."

He turned his head to look at Takumi and his fingers gently squeezed the bag: "And I, one day I will return to my village and live a simple life."

Takumi said nothing more.

He and Shiori are two completely different people, and perhaps he knew it from the first moment they met. Shiori's eyes are brimming with vitality, but they lack ambition. She's a talented girl, but she doesn't want to wear it.

But everyone has their own perspective on life, something Takumi can't change.

He accompanied Shiori and the other two to the platform and, after saying goodbye, Takumi called Alice: "Alice, are you still in the place?"

"I just finished and was about to leave." Alice's voice sounded very tired: "Where are you? Haven't you come home yet?"

"Well, come pick me up."

Takumi gave the address to Alice, and she showed up in a red Porsche.

"I want to see your father, is he free?"

Takumi asked after getting into the car, and Alice nodded: "No problem, I know where it is."

Seeing that Takumi was not wearing a seatbelt, he turned around and helped him put it on deftly. The elegant scent of perfume emanated from his body, and Takumi already knew it.

Tsukimoto Genji was at a retro restaurant in a coastal town in Kansai, and Alice said it was her favorite restaurant.

There were flowers, grass, bamboo, rockeries in the restaurant, and even when the two found Tsukimoto Genji, Takumi saw a cobbled stream in the old man's suite.

"This is the water of the Aoba Mountain Stream."

The waitress, dressed in kimono, crouched down by the creek to collect water for tea. Tsukimoto Genji was eating. He put down his chopsticks and asked Takumi, "What do you want to see me tonight?"

Alice accompanied Takumi to sit down. He asked the waiter to add two bowls and chopsticks, and she took the meal with Tsukimoto Genji without hesitation.

Takumi had already eaten. He adjusted his expression and said, "Can I open the third set?"

Tsukimoto Genji didn't react much, but Alice almost choked.

"Ahem, ahem..."

He took a sip of water and finally caught his breath.

"A third manga!"

Alice turned and tried to stop Takumi's fantasy. He was already very busy with two motos, 'wouldn't he be exhausted with three?' But he stopped after saying only one sentence, for Tsukimoto Genji reached out to signal him not to speak.

The old man said, "I've made an exception with the half-year contract by asking you to add The Legend of Wukong. Mirai-sensei has already won the game, so there's no need to open a third set."

He wanted to appease Takumi, but Takumi shook his head and refused: "I need money now."

He wanted money to treat Miyuki's illness. Tsukimoto Genji was a little dissatisfied. The old man drank tea for a long time.

"Mirai-sensei,"

He said, "If you agree to stop investing at 2.5%, I will accept it."

Takumi's face changed slightly. 'The old man was still the best. Tsukimoto Genji caught his other ideas.'

"As expected..." Tsukimoto Genji observed Takumi's expression and sighed, "Mirai-sensei, let's show our cards."

"You want to become the largest shareholder of Hinotori Publishing and kick me out, right?"

In the past two months, Takumi has published Inuyasha and The Legend of Wukong, and now he wants to publish a third manga. If they allow him to continue developing it, I don't know how much he will be able to achieve in half a year. Perhaps not even 5% of Hinotori Publishing's shares will satisfy you.

"Mirai-sensei, you must know that I will not relinquish power. Isn't it good to be a mangaka?"

"Well, being a mangaka is good..."

Takumi shook his head and said. 'Sooner or later, they'll find out, so it's better to be honest.'

He looked at Tsukimoto Genji.

"But a mangaka is just a mangaka. As a content provider, a lot of the things I want to do can't be done as a mangaka."

"I hope to master the future of Hinotori Publishing."
