Blair finally met his gaze, eyes sharp with intent. "I assume you've heard about Eleanor's new deal with Waldorf Designs?"

Aryan nodded. Eleanor Waldorf's brand had just secured a partnership that would elevate her company to new heights. But Blair wasn't the type to discuss her mother's success without an angle.

"You're involved, aren't you?" Aryan asked, smirking.

Blair's lips twitched. "Of course. But that's not why we're here. I want to ensure Waldorf Designs isn't just successful—I want it untouchable. And I need an investor with foresight."

Aryan leaned back, intrigued. "You're asking me to back Waldorf Designs?"

Blair tilted her head. "I'm asking you to help me shape its future. You know where the fashion industry is headed before most designers do. This isn't charity—it's a smart business move."

Aryan chuckled. "I like the way you think, Blair."

"Then say yes."

He let the silence stretch, enjoying her impatience before finally saying, "I'll look over the numbers, but if I invest, I want a say in expansion strategies."

Blair smirked. "Then we have a deal."

Serena sighed. "I know. I just… I didn't want things to end the way they did."

Dan studied her for a moment. "You mean Gabriel?"

Serena flinched. "That, and everything else. I feel like we're not even in each other's lives anymore."

Dan exhaled. "Maybe because we've been living in different worlds lately."

Serena hesitated. "I don't want to lose you as a friend."

Dan offered a small smile. "Neither do I."

It wasn't a resolution, but it was something.

Nate clenched his jaw. "That's insane. He could get a reduced sentence."

His mother sat down, rubbing her temples. "He won't listen to me, Nate."

Nate exhaled sharply. If his father wouldn't listen to reason, then they needed a new plan. And he knew exactly who to call.

He pulled out his phone and dialed.

"Aryan, I need your help."

Chuck crossed his arms. "You mean the man who's trying to ruin you?"

Bart sighed. "It's business, Charles. The stronger man wins."

Chuck smirked. "And what's your plan?"

Bart studied him. "That depends. Are you ready to prove you can be part of this company, or are you still playing games with Aryan?"

Chuck's expression didn't waver, but inside, he was already forming his next move.
